I must have the stupidest moon ever. Maybe not EVER, but it sucks pretty bad. Does yours suck too?

I don't mind that my moon is in Aries anymore. I mean, maybe that's the saving grace that keeps me optimistic. But it's still weird with a Virgo Sun and Taurus rising.

It's in the 12th house, hidden. Like some kind of proud warrior that's been assigned to work the bilges on a ship in a different century, as his armor rusts.

And it's got NO aspects to any personal planets except for Uranus, an opposition (and a conjunct from Chiron, also in the 12th).

I know what most of this means, I've read up on it. I identify a little with the Pisces moon. I love solitude and actually have to be careful to NOT spend too much time alone. I can also turn on a dime and change my mind about something with lightening speed (Uranus opposition... and to the outside world it looks impulsive, even though I've been brooding about it forever).

I guess I wonder how much the Moon means to some. To me, my own emotions are a mystery sometimes (12th house) and my dreams are super vivid to the point that I can tell you an exact dream from 20 years ago, right down to the details. They're also highly prophetic a lot of the time, from the personal to just other stuff (dreaming 9/11 before it happened)
It's all well and good to have this stuff, but how do you incorporate that with day-to-day life?
With relationships with people who mostly think you are [insert accent] Crazy Person?
I don't feel my moon functions well with everyday stuff a lot of the time. I trip out and daydream, get caught in weird alternate realities, and have to pinch myself to 'come back', because sometimes I feel I fall into trance easily.
Does anyone else have a screwy moon? Please tell me you do. I don't wish it on anyone. I just hope I am not all alone here.
Alone in my 12th

HA, you tell ME about a moon, that sucks?

Try a lonely Aquarius-Moon in the 2nd house with nothing but an exact quinkunx to retograde Saturn in Cancer in 8th house for a change.
THAT is neat.

DD, REALLY????
WOW. Aqua in the 2nd with no major aspects.... that's amazing!
How does it work?
Do you feel it?
I just keep hearing all this 12th house Moon crap and get so tired of it, so I'm trying to start a Moon Support Group

EDIT: i personally think Aqua Moons in general are pretty incredible. The brilliant ones with major trouble-shooting skills. They come in to any chaotic situation and know exactly how to fix it, what needs to be done!

My moon is not nearly as bad, though it is problematic. I have a cold capricorn moon square both pluto and venus, forming a wonderful T-square. My moon is in the first house, so my "inner" struggle is really on display for the world to see.

I have an incredibly difficult time trusting anyone, so forming long lasting relationships is a problem.

MVM, it's part of your charm!

Not to minimize the problems it brings, but c'mon, the world has enough people who rock the everyday world. We need some introspective dreamers, with a Virgo Sun that skillfully unites us with our shared depths.

If this were a yearbook, I'd be signing, "Don't change." (Which I know you will, with that Uranus opposition. I have the square. Always thought freeze-frame demands were hilariously idiotic.)

wow, 12H Aries Moon opposition Uranus must be tough! water + fire + Uranus must feel like a scald or an electro shock after a nice relaxing bath, ouch!

12th house in Aies: Impulsiveness and headstrongness can he the cause of undoing, although courage and decisiveness are the hidden support of these natives.

Yeah, Peri...the Uranus is thing is like feelings from out of nowhere, a zap. Electric and weird. I love/hate/fear suddenly. It's way weird!!!!
Most of the time you're right - it is like an electric shock after a bath. Or more like while you're IN the bath, someone throws in a toaster

My moon is in Cancer in the fourth house, which is like a triple whammy. It's in opposition to Jupiter, which, as I'm a Sag, is pretty problematic for me. I usually feel like I'm being torn in opposite directions! Add to that my moon's square to my Aries ascendant. The moon's neighbour in the fourth house is Saturn, and strangely that's almost what I feel most, as if Saturn is a very stern disciplinarian keeping an eye on my inner life, if you know what I mean. In short, I wanna join the moon support group!

How about a Cancer Moon conjunct Cancer Saturn in the 7th house, opposite my Ascendent, squared Pluto and Valentine?

It's a big ole bucket of rain on my romance-loving Leo parade.

Letram, what sign is it in?

Sorry that so many have moons that are hard to handle... but obviously you're all fine, intelligent people (from what I've seen)

I think what I hate most about my moon is that certain things 'get' to me without my conscious permission, if that makes any sense.

I can only imagine it's hard, very hard, with a Sun sign in easy-going fire!...and then the moon is all stressed. Yet another reason why Sun signs alone are deceiving.

I think the moon gives significant depth, whether or not we like it.

Does Moon in Aquarius in 11th (doesn't sound bad so far) with squares to both Mars and Saturn sound bad?

PA, it can suck, I am sure
But it also sounds really strong. I'd think the house placement balances it out in some way.
Does it have 'out' too? Curious if there's a trine or sextile for it to escape through. Mine doesn't with only an opposition, so there's no out really. Damn thing

LOL.

It has a Sun & AC sextile and a Uranus & DC trine.

If you put those together it really manifests as not being able to take orders very well, clashes with authority figures, parental figures. I'm not rebellious - but just don't tell me what to do. I'm highly unpredictable.

This is one of the thousand reasons I'm in love with my draconic chart and it feels more like the "real me"--

In my natal--8th house Leo Sun, Cap Rising, Moon-Saturn conjunct in Cancer in the 7th house, Venus in Cancer in the 7th, Mars in Virgo in the 8th

In my draconic--8th house Sag Sun, Aries Rising, Moon-Saturn conjunction in Libra in the 7th, Venus in Scorpio in the 7th, Mars in SAG in the 8th--ME!!!!

All that water in my natal chart has always felt sort of like having the flu--sure, I experience it, but it doesn't resonate with the real me or feel like my true self. The Venus in Scorpio feels more right because it connects to my 8th house stellium...and even though the Moon is supposedly its happiest in Cancer, to me having my 7th house as a Libra house feels more important and less sucky. I'm not even sure why.

What are your draconic moons like? And do they feel better than your natal moons?

my moon's a freak of nature too. taurus, which sounds nice and all (and it is, IN THEORY, and the very few rare moments i actually embody that calm placidity and nurturing loveliness we're known for) also OPPOSITE URANUS *exact* (can you say OH MY EFFING GOD CAN ANYTHING EVER JUST STAY THE SAME FOR ONE MINUTE and OH MY EFFING GOD I FEEL THE SAME AS I DID FIVE MINUTES AGO-- I NEED SOMETHING NEW NOW, THIS IS FAR TOO STAGNANT!! simultaneously, with unnerving gusto? there, you're *sorta* *kinda* close to knowing how that one feels!!). umm, and it also squares my sun, mercury and mars in aquarius. so yay, constant inner battles between change/innovation/woohoo and not actually *being* lazy but trying to be (but feeling incredibly guilty if i rest like ever). umm, what else? oh it trines my saturn and NN in virgo. woohoo? yeah, it's alright i guess. well, that part.

Lucia, it's so weird, because my draconic chart squares all my natal signs

The draconic moon is Cancer, Sun is Sagittarius, and rising is Leo.

Now granted, in regular chart I have my sun in the 5th, and Mars conjunct Asc, so there's always been a fiery feeling. But in general I have always felt like a fire sign and the draconic feels dead-on for me (and in general I love fire signs, esp Sagittarius and Leo LOL)

So it's interesting.

Whoah City...LOL. I'm always waiting for the world to stop spinning myself

interresting about the draco moon

my is in Gemini, highly aspected by my natal chart.
It conjuncts my DSC exactly, conjuncts my SN, trines my Pluto and MC, opposes my Mars and Neptune and quinkunx my Venus.

not bad for a natally unaspected moon. lol

I think that my Moon with its aspects is the worst of all

My 11th house ruler Moon in 3'11 Pisces in 6th square the opposition of retrograde 5th house ruler Saturn in 5'08 Gemini in 9th and 4th/7th house ruler Jupiter in 8'17 Sagittarius in 3rd and 7th house ruler Neptune in 1'48 Sagittarius in 3rd.

That t-square indicates learning, communication(especially speech, auditory processing),coordination difficulties as well as religious, spiritual conflicts...definitely emotional issues like oversensitivity(especially too sensitive for a male),too much empathy, easily stressed, taking things too personally, being too easily hurt, and being misunderstood a lot.restlessness as well as dysfunction, illness involving the mother as well as depression, anxiety connected to insecurity. Definitely major issues with women including just misfortune, suffering involving them. Just great challenges involving the planets, houses, house rulers, and signs of the t-square. I also feel that it fits my challenges, confusion as a multiracial person, and the misunderstandings and prejudices that I dealt with as one.

My Moon opposes Saturn/Neptune with 17 minutes of arc too.

the only thing good about my chart is my 12th house ruler Sun in Scorpio in 2nd trine my Moon. That indicates that I can find harmony. I express my emotions too easily. I can easily relate to the feminine, having strong female traits. I can have a good inner relationship with myself which can lead to having a good relationship with others, capable of having a good marriage with a woman. I can be very attractive to the opposite sex. I have had some ease, luck involving Scorpio,Pisces,lunar,solar,2nd house,6th house,12th house, and 11th house things.

I feel that my t-square overpowers my Sun trine Moon.

I feel that I have a heavy karma in life. I believe my t-square indicates that.

I am 37 years old, and I have been feeling like a loser and failure in my life with much self doubt, despair, and hopelessness that creeps in from time to time. I wonder if I will ever make something of myself. I want a family of my own, wife and children. I am not the type of person who wants to spend the rest of my life alone.

I recently joined an interfaith unity church, and I feel like I have joined a new family now. I believe that it can be the positive. I have a good friend in my shaman healer,Steve is helping me resolve my negative feelings.

I remind myself over and over again that I am just a late bloomer, and so things in my life will get better.

My Moon is in alignment with Alpha Pisces Austrinus,Fomalhaut with 17 minutes of arc. It indicates that I can achieve great success if I have noble ideals. I believe that it's about needing to ground my idealism, spirituality, and mysticism and not misuse it any way like I am very sure that I have done in pastlives. That's probably why I don't feel right in mainstream churches nor around conventional religious folk. I feel that I was born to help people, but I have to help myself first. I have a very dense painbody, and I need to release myself from it in order to fulfill my life purpose as a neurodiversity advocate. I feel that the shaman healing,Eckhart Tolle's teachings, and my church are helping me to do that.

I'm a Cappy Moon in the 9th house and it squares Saturn and Pluto. For a while I thought I was an Aqua moon, (it changes the same day) and it felt wayy better hehe.

EDIT TO ADD: it also opposites my Cancer Sun. (talk about a hard aspect :P )

Libra Moon at almost 29 degrees. (28.58)
I think having ANYTHING at the 29 degree sucks because you are neither one, nor the other sign. You're somewhere in between and you are stuck for life with it.

I want to join if you'll have me

Cappy Moon conjunct MC
conjunct Neptune
sextile Pluto
sextile Venus
square Mars
square AC
trine POF

It's hard to demand respect on the count of emotions. And that sort of goes with the teritory of a cappy moon ...
