i think it'd be a strong leo/sun influence since sleeping on your back is not as common and i read a book on sleeping positions that stated it as being the king, so to speak, very vulnerable of course on the back so very confident. but if the hands are above the head then it's more of a leo/sun and some "soft" signs like pisces/libra to make it a "reluctant king", these people are good at getting attention.

I usually sleep on my right side. But if I'm having one of those sleepness nights, I will move my pillow away and lie on my back. Almost instantly I will go to sleep.

I have no idea why sleeping on my back will aid me to sleep. Could it be my Leo Sun?

People who sleep on their back: born between 11pm-1am, 11am-1pm, 5-7am & 5-7pm

Good question, but cant resist having a bit of a chuckle. Different from normal, that for sure.

Sleep is house 12. You got a few options from there, so not sure how to narrow the options down.

Capricorn on 12th. I normally sleep on my side in the recovery position. My right hand side due to pressure on the organs at the other side. The other side is more comfortable though ad I think blood flows more towards the heart that way.
