Seems like my moms memory is gone awry in regards of my time of birth !ARGH!!! now she claims i was born between 2 30 and 2 45 pm while i knew i was born at 2 50. so now ascendant degree mc and some planets have moved and planets might change house too. i ve heard with a rectified chart i could find out the right time,..
how does that work?
how do i build one?

That's why many astrologers don't like doing charts with birth times that came from parents' memories.
do you have a birth certificate with the time on there?

If you were born in the US, your birth certificate will have an accurate time of birth and you can get ahold of it through public records...it is well worth it!! My friend had his birthtime wrong by 5 mins and it shifted his solar stellium into a different house!IP: Logged |

well anything significant will do:marriage, divorce
birth of a child
death in the family
purchase of a house
significant changes in career
relocation
etc look at progressed and solar arc aspects to the angles

lol that can be kinda annoying! Just some weeks ago, I've discovered that my bf's birth time was actually +55mins.. >_<; Not that I'm complaining thought (instead of opposed MCs, we now have opposed ACs lol), yet I guess that we can never really trust the parents' memory lol. ^_^; I'm glad that my birth time was recorded on a document.But well, although we can have our birth times recorded, sometimes I wonder if it is really accurate, coz the person who recorded it could have recorded it some mins after I came out, or that their watches could be some minutes wrong! yes Raymond im going tomorrow to the birth certificate office to get a copy.
i was born in italy and here they dont pay much attention to details.
and maybe the time of birth is slightly off like the doctor may be notified 10 mins after and just jot down that time instad of the real one..i can remember the days, for some events but never the hour. i can know what time i got married but i dont know when divorce was final. my lawyer probably doesn t even know the time . relocated.. i can remember approximately but not the exact day.. marriage alone is not enough ,huh..? super bummer.
i went to get a certificate and says my known time of birth is 2 50 pm, but my mom insists i was born earlier than that.help! how will i ever find out?
she says they wrote down the time after i was washed and cleaned up and dressed, not the actual time when my body popped out all bloody and still corded to the rope. argh!! the new time would make more sense cos sun would be in 9th instead of 8th - i moved and live in a foreign far away country. can someone help me find out..i dont have those sophisticate softwares,,

yay! peri, i trust yr knowledge
overall my asc just moved 1.40 earlier and mc moved 2 degrees 10' earlier.but feels good to have venus conj MC with a 3 degrees orb instead of 5!

I'd love to learn how to do that since there's debate about my own birth time being anywhere from 9 - 9:20 PM. My birth certificate doesn't say, and frankly even if it did I wouldn't believe it, since there was a huge soccer game on the day I was born and the doctors kept popping out of the maternity ward to watch TV  IP: Logged |

rubi, without any approximate time of birth I am afraid it is impossible to figure it out.MVM, send me your details and dates please. the doctors kept popping out of the maternity ward to watch TV lol, you must be a soccer fan then!  added* if you want to do it yourself,look at progressed and solar arc aspects to the angles and correct them so that there is an exact aspect to them (try to keep the orbs no more than 1,5 degree)you can also check whether the time you got is correct by looking at slow planet transits to the angles for the dates of these events marriage, divorce
birth of a child
death in the family
purchase of a house
significant changes in career
relocation
etc

Cairo, Egypt As far as major events, I don't have exact time, but I was married Sept 13, 2005 in Flathead, Montana. Don't know the exact time (around the afternoon though, ceremony was at about 3 PM )
Also don't know exact day of divorce (the paperwork is in FL and I just moved ) I also have the death of my grandmother, May 11th, 2004 in West Palm Beach, FL. Must've been like 4 AM, if that matters. That's all I know, please let me know if you need more info.
