My ex-step-dad has a b-day on July 12th. He always wants the same present.
He says, "Nothing"
But he means, "German chocolate cake please!"

My Gran always made German chocolate cake. In part because she was German
Always celebrated St Nicks day too. Normally got a few chocolate rabbits and probably a frickadella (German meat) and some other German sweets. Quite nice it was.She always asked for "nothing" which wasnt really fair considering all she has done for us. I wasnt gonna go out and buy a new car, but she sure did deserve a present that she wanted and deserved after slaving away cooking all that time. Not what we thought, but what she wanted. She was Taurus Sun, and maybe Cancer rising, not sure. I think maybe Virgo because she always loved helping and serving, even when she found that very hard. We did care about her. IP: Logged |

I like gold too. In fact I think I would prefer a gold wedding ring if I do actually get married and not become a nun.My 21st birthday is coming up and I really wish I could skip that day because I hate birthdays. Bah. IP: Logged |
