What Ascendant comes to your mind when you think of someone who makes you feel really warm and happy inside when they laugh or smile ?

NOT a Winner smile though, more like a very sincere, friendly, happy, cozy aura ?

Sorry, no, I knew someone with Sun CNJ Ascendant in Gemini.

A mutual friend described him as a "mental sadist". He wasn't really motivated to making other people smile, I think that is true enough to say.

I'm a Gem, I can get how that cruel streak can get loose and take over. It's the evil twin.

I was young at the time and liked his sharp wit and intelligence. I suppose it was a good lesson for me about the way you can use that or otherwise in life.

Interesting bm.

I was thinking of Sun conjunct AC in terms of "genuine" as in the what you see is what you get factor that goes with that. You're right though - it doesn't mean that what you get is nice.

I have Sun conjuct AC in Aries and I can't fake laugh/smile. It has to be genuine. I couldn't be a model and smile for the camera. You'd know instantly that it wasn't real.

Taurean_Scorpion, I agree! I'm always falling in like at first sight with those Libra Risings.

My Libra Rising crush has this smile that can light up a room. They also often have clefted chins (the boys) and dimples everywhere.

I get complimented on my smile (Cappie rising). People always tell me that my smile puts them in a good mood. I can only smile when I really mean it, so people know that my smiles are always genuine.

I'm Cappie rising and my genuine smile is lovely (I've been told), but when I am feeling shy, sad, cold, or nervous I can FEEL that instead of smiling at people, I sort of give them this brusque, businesslike wince.

My Scorp Rising ex had a beautiful smile (Libra Sun)...the ASC showed in his intense gaze that made everyone think he was in love with them (only with that Libra Sun/Gem moon, he gazed the same way at walls, trees, thin air...)
