When asking a yes or no question what does the moon conjunct the asc mean? It's on the 12th house side the asc is 27* libra and the moon is at 25*IP: Logged |

In horary one of the strictures against judgement is the moon in the via combusta. If the moon is contained within 15 Libra to 15 Scorpio it is in the via combusta. The exception to this would be if the moon were 23 or 24 Libra as this is conjunct beneficial fixed stars. There is a lot of info on the web about via combusta moon in horary. It acts like moon conjunct Uranus and supposedly delivers an outcome not favourable to the querent. It is a traditional stricture and today many astrologers may choose to ignore it. As for the position of moon conjunct asc it could indicate the querent is undecided about the matter, the moon would take on extra importance being conjunct the asc but how it would be interpreted would depend on the question being asked.
