So I'm trying to read up on the eclipse that will go down tomorrow. It will happen at 15 degrees cancer/capricorn. I feel hooched cause I have Sun in Aries at 13, Mars in Capricorn at 13 and Uranus in Libra at 11. It seems like all my fixed houses - income, children, other people's money and groups will be effected. I have no idea what this could mean to me really.My Sun is in the 11 (Aries), Mars in is the 8th (Capricorn), Uranus is in the 5th (Libra) and with an empty leg right into my 2nd house (Cancer. I have a moon in cancer but is it so far out of orb that I don't have to worry about it that much. The solar eclipse may touch upon my 24 degree cancer moon. The only thing at this point and time that is on the horizon today is that I have some relatives in the city from other province who want to only visit my daughter - but have rudely stood her up until today. They haven't planned out their trip that well and my daughter was at home all day Saturday. I got no indication from them EXACTLY which day they would love to see her....instead they come down and expect everything to be dropped at once so they can see my child. I'm not dropping everything. This year has been a purging of toxic family relationships, so I don't know. I have other transits that would indicate a change in relations and to find appropriate relationships/friendships. Sigh. So 2 degrees off and I have no clue as to what will happen and in my 15 years of studying this topic, I'm stumped. Maybe I'll keep folks posted on what happens with this......the funny thing is with with eclipses I hardly feel the energy or see the manifestations of the event in my life..... Cynn IP: Logged |

Well, I personally think maybe the eclipse is a good time to decide what we want to do with that energy, rather than just waiting to see what befalls us (although, something will befall us for sure, based on my previous experience with eclipses)...Maybe you should choose this time to END (eclipse) a toxic family relationship or two, and start the next chapter of your life without that negative energy. Your post just made me realize it is squaring my uranus. I don't like that, because it means it sets off my yod. I don't know how I missed this! I think I am so focused on the solar eclipse, I didn't look enough at the lunar. Boo!IP: Logged |

I definitely feel eclipse energy...whenever I look back through my journals, I learn that big events in my life were always punctuated by eclipses.IP: Logged |

one of the pieces i read (anne ortelee?) talks about how people with planets aspecting this eclipse will actually find beneficial resolutions occurring through whatever is brought up....?IP: Logged |

For me it will be in my 7th house, exactly conjunct my Venus, with TMars-Aphrodite in my 5th and TVenus in my 6th, TEros conjunct my Jupiter, TCupido conjunct my Pluto, TAdonis conjunct my Lust...my ex-boyfriend, with whom I had a passionate and long relationship, hooked up with me for the first time when there was an eclipse in his 7th, TVenus in his 6th, and some similar asteroid aspects...I am thinking my romantic dry spell might end around the July 22 eclipse. Well I met with my family and it has left me deeply upset and unsettled inside. I used to be close with my grandma who tonight was extremely cold towards me. Wouldn't say hi and bye and no hug. She just sat in a corner not saying a word. My father was there and as usual he is usually very tense when I see him. (I have sun opposite uranus square to mars....I'm seeing my father as upset and very tense like around me is what energy I pick up from him and I am just being myself around him)I really don't know what is going on with them and in a direct way there has been no confrontations or anything falling out but I get this cold icy reception - it almost felt like I was very unwelcome there. They only wanted to see my 7 year old. They are visiting from out of town. Now if I went with my Solar chart where I put Aries at the rising sign and did an equal house system....the eclipse tomorrow would be effecting my 4th and 10th houses. One would be relating to family and the other would be career. Right now on my career front there is nothing really happening and I have not been to work since last year. I'm expecting my 2nd child - an addition to the family. But with the family I was born into there have been many issues. I walked away from my toxic mother and her hubby in March - which the rest of the family strongly believed that my mother should not have anything to do with me. There had been zillions of problems and conflicts and all are not resolved.there has been no true reconciliation and I don't think there will ever be one. In summary I come from a highly dysfunctional family and it looks like things are now starting to dissolve into nothingness between everybody. Maybe my birth family is now falling away from my life and I have to start anew.....What transit that is that I'm experiencing I'm not sure but I have a lot. If I were to throw Capricorn up the my solar MC saturn would be ruling it and saturn sometimes shows a scapegoat - a negative connotation to having a Cappy MC I would believe....not sure how bad a reputation a person would have.......though in my actual chart I have a 12th house Saturn squaring both my North node and Aquarian MC. It can show that I did not come from a friendly family.....more like I was born to the enemy that ate me alive when I was a child and they still do. My guess would be that my root family will disappear from my life and the focus will be more on my own family that I have now. My boyfriend would love to move me to Nova Scotia away from my homeland and I woid move away from here in a heartbeat and never turn back nor keep in touch with my root family. So that is my guess on my solar Aries 4/10 house eclipse glimpse. In regards to my actual chart I have no idea what will go one.....but the solar one sounds more fitting. Aw Cynn, hugs. I think maybe based on what you're describing, this series of eclipses will bring clarity and a sense of new freedom.Diana, where does the 22nd July eclipse hit you? Another reason I think it'll be more fun for everyone (not just me)--is that the July 7th one is a full moon Lunar eclipse, much more dark and moody and about endings and things being eclipsed out, with everyone thin-skinned and emotional. The July 22 one is a NEW Moon, total Solar eclipse, making it sunnier, and the new moon is about new beginnings. In the past I've had great things happen around New Moon Solar Eclipses, while Full Moon Lunar eclipses have just made me moody. IP: Logged |
