It felt really intense for me last night. and most of today it seems to be moving off me a little. The only weird thing i noticed today was i kept seeing police cars is pairs pulled over on the side of the road talking to each other with their lights onIP: Logged |

I hear ya, I just found out today that I'm terminated from my job! Awesome, huh? Of course the Eclipse had to hit my second house, which doesn't help the joblessness. IP: Logged |

vertiver sorry to hear that babe, did you see it coming or was it out of the blue?well my car died today - blown head gasket this am ~ car quit while i was in the middle of a turning lane, most likely also the engine block-not worth it to fix. had to hoof it to walgreens tonight for a new mobile phone card and some milk- reminds me of being in college....maybe this is the way to get back the college body vertiver- there is something out there that's better for you. looked on nasa and there is a total solar eclipse 7/22 - any thoughts? edit to add: quote: Penumbral Lunar Eclipse of July 07July's penumbral eclipse is only of academic interest since the magnitude is just 0.156. Although the Moon will be above the horizon from most of Canada (Figure 4), the eclipse is so minor as to be completely invisible to the naked eye. Total Solar Eclipse of July 22 To make up for the anemic lunar eclipse earlier in the month, a major total eclipse of the Sun occurs two weeks later. The path of the Moon's umbral shadow extends across India, China, a handful of Japanese islands and the South Pacific Ocean (Espenak and Anderson, 2008). A partial eclipse is seen within the much broader path of the Moon's penumbral shadow, which includes most of eastern Asia, Indonesia, and the Pacific Ocean (Figure 5).

We're in the same boat. The eclipse hit my 8th house, and my progressed Sun/Moon opposition across the the Cancer-Capricorn axis. At the office I realize I had to quit my job. A very agonizing decision, but one I felt necessary for my survival. IP: Logged |

My birthday was today and a total of 6 endings happened.I suspected that astrology might show something, and perhaps ask people about my transits...never did I expect an eclipse happened and when I read through what it entails I identified. Today was so painful, it's my 21st and goodness. I read the Anne Ortelee articles, found them so true. I've let go of a deeply precious relationship, I've been fired, someone I know for years will no longer be with me. I have ended my non-adult life, my online pet died. All in the space of one day. Please send some good vibes my way. Thank you and please stay strong people. IP: Logged |

One of my co-workers today is reporting that she has a weird feeling in her stomach today like something bad is going to happen. Another co-worker said someone was murdered two doors down from her yesterday. This eclipse has been no joke.IP: Logged |

Ahh, thanks for the good vibes, and dazzled, I'm sending you some good vibes your way as well! Happy belated birthday! My birthday is at the end of this month, and it will be my 21st as well, I'm pretty stoked about that, plus with being 21 there is the advantage of finding better jobs... I'm a little worried about the eclipse on the 22nd since it will be conjunct my vertex in the 8th house, anyone else have any experiences with the vertex being activated by transits? IP: Logged |

reading that link, PA, i was wondering how the 7/22 eclipse opposes uranus, as it is at 29 cancer and uranus is in late pisces...i hate it when that happens, now the whole piece is ruined for my virgo mercury! i don't think this last one was particularly "insignificant" but maybe that is because of the mars/algol sq chir/jup thing? i haven't lost my job but i have lost interest in it! having spent the last 6 months working 7 days aweek to keep my company going, finally got an assistant and realized how tired i am of the whole thing, physically, mentally and emotionally... hmm, could it be because of the eclipse? i woke up this morning and felt this cold detachment toward my friend/lover person. although we are not in love with each other, we are comfortable with each other and live together. i'd been struggling to cool off a bit and not be so obsessed of him, because i know it's not romantic love that i feel for him, though we are very fond of each other. and suddenly, i got released from all that that had been possessing me for 2 years!eclipse happened in my 2nd house, forming a T-square with my Nodal axis that are conjunct by my own Pluto and moon. for him it occurred near his SN (by a few degrees, so the Sun was at his NN) in the 1st house, and squared Juno and Jupiter. So his Juno and Jupiter also are conjunct my Nodal axis. in our Composite, it was in our 1st house squaring the MC/IC, and t. Mars conjunct Algol was on our Composite chart ruler Jupiter. i read some of the posts here about the "dreaded eclipse" and mentally got ready for any major catastrophe hitting my life, but at the end of the day was a bit relieved/disappointed that it was a peaceful day all in all. then i woke up in the morning and what possessed my mind for so long (for my impatient heart 2 years is very long) had just dissolved into thin air. i don't know what this eclipse might have done to him though, he seems quite as usual today. I think what happened with me in regards to the eclipse is that I have written my grandmother and her husband out of my life! She is a highly abusive women and the visit I had with them on Monday night was the final straw! Being the the eclipse hit my 8th and I have Mars in it - I don't see any inheritance at all coming to me from my family and I hope to god I don't. I wouldn't want anything from my family any ways.I spent 36 hours upset and crying and then just came to terms with it. Cynn IP: Logged |

Cynn, did you read Anne Ortelee's eclipse column? (Up now at http://www.anneortelee.com/) Sounds like you were one of the brave ones who did your work "agreeing to change and grow."Good for you for liberating yourself from abuse! I am inspired by those of you who made brave changes during this eclipse. (It hit my 7th house Cancer Saturn and I just felt lonely.) IP: Logged |

The eclipse has been affecting me too though nothing really happened yet. Not to sound daft, I'm a newbie, when you say that the eclipse hits so-and so house, how would I find that out? Would that be how the eclipse directly affects me?IP: Logged |

Check out your natal chart and transits on Astro.com for the exact time/date of the eclipse. Where the transiting Sun and Moon hit your chart, those are the houses/planets where you'll feel the eclipse energy the most.NOTE: according to Anne Ortelee, we may feel the eclipse energy for 5 days before/after the actual eclipse, so even though the Sun and Moon will move during that time, the eclipse effects for that 10-day period will be felt based on where the actual eclipse hit your chart when it was exact. So let;s say a solar eclipse conjuncts your 8th house Sun...that's where you'll feel it for ten days, even if the sun moves into your 9th the next day. IP: Logged |

Lucia Thank you! I think an Aries is always brave but I just get to a point where enough is enough already and that had to go. The focus is living healthier and to heal within. Maybe I'm just cleaning my inner house and getting rid of the trash! Cynn I'm going through some "need to clean house" transits any how Y Uranus TRI Moon (2) T Uranus Oppo N Pluto (4th or 5th) T Saturn Squ Asc T Sat CONJ N Pluto (4th or 5th) T Jupiter TRI Asc (T Jup in 10th) T Jupiter Squ N Sat(12th) (Could add in the other planets there as well in aqua) Now Natally Saturn squares both my Aquarian MC and North node. The Transitting Aqua Conj is sitting on my Nodes. I am seeing issues dealing with the natal sqaure aspect come up and needing to be dealt with. Back on March 1st, T Mars conj my MC and squared Natal Saturn which triggered stuff off and my abusive Mother and her family went bye bye for good.)
Now T Mars over my Saturn conj Algol might have some effect about family stuff now....hard to say. But the eclipse from yesterday was a time for me to take my axe and chop the thin rope that was decayed and rotten and watch these abusive family members go flying out of mt life for good.....

I don't know what the hell it is, but it blows. I feel like vibrating glass that's about smash from the high-pitched vibration of my own crazy emotions. I don't get what's going on, it's moved through my 9th house, so ummm.... I don't get it. But it's squaring away at stuff in my chart, including my moon and Mercury and Pluto, and opposed my Saturn. It's so random, I don't know what to make out of it, except it's left me feeling really lonely for some reason. IP: Logged |

Check astro.com and click on the transits, and it will show you. Wherever Capricorn falls in your chart, whichever house, that's where the eclipse hit. IP: Logged |

AG,I couldn't sleep last night either. I think the lunar was more powerful than they thought. I definitely felt it. It was really intense two nights ago, but I felt better yesterday. I still feel an impending doom, like something will happen, but I don't know what. Maybe all of this energy is just a build up to the solar...? I don't know. The lunar was happening in my 9th, widely conjunct my mercury. The solar will be conjunct my IC, 1*, therefore opposite my MC, 1*. I don't think I like that at all. IP: Logged |
