TRANSNEPTUNIAN TRANSITSI have been wondering about transits involving transneptunian objects besides Pluto.
right now particularly Deucalion.
Transiting Deucalion is retrograde in 5'54 Scorpio
conjuncting the cazimi of my Sun in 5'20 Scorpio and transneptunian, Ixion in 5'25 Scorpio
In my natal chart, my Venus in 21'47 Scorpio sextile/conjunct Heliocentric Deucalion Nodes in 21'20 Taurus/Scorpio and sextile my Deucalion in 21'46 Virgo. Therefore, my Venus is strongly affected by Deucalion energy including on a collective level. heliocentric object nodes have to do with the collective.
I think that maybe transneptunian transits are felt by people who have that object significantly aspected in their natal charts.
Deucalion: The Greco-Roman Noah, the magic of manifestation. Orbital Period: 295.53 yr.
Positive - understanding the flow (tides of life), manifestation ability, magical, resourceful, seeing the talent in everyone.
Negative - feeling overwhelmed, not able to tread water (keep up with life), financially irresponsible, feels the burden of humanity
Mundane - monetary ability, extremely imaginative and resourceful, magic
Ceremonial - ceremonies of manifestation, spiritual exercises using images of bounty and harvest, runes, reading bones http://www.philipsedgwick.com/
Does anybody have any close aspects involving Deucalion in natal? Also has anybody experienced any Deucalion transits....especially right now.
I am just curious.......I have been feeling more the negative side of Deucalion right now, but working on experience its more positive qualities.
It's a small object, but with it being a transneptunian object like Pluto, it's transit is about intensified evolutionary experiences like Philip Sedgwick suggested is the case for transneptunian objects. It could be a profound transit.
It just needs smaller orbs.
I am thinking no more than 1 degree orb for major aspect transits involving Deucalion and other small kuiper belt objects.
you can calculate your Deucalion and its heliocentric nodes here http://www.megadelfi.com/~jonathan/pos/

“It is absolutely the perfect name,” Dr. Brown said, given the continuing discord among astronomers and the public over whether Pluto should have retained its planetary status.
In mythology, Eris ignited discord that led to the Trojan War.
“She causes strife by causing arguments among men, by making them think their opinions are right and everyone else’s is wrong,” Dr. Brown said. “It really is just perfect.”
