ok so i just finished my middle son's birthday party and i have to say that it was HELL.

Could it be the eclipse? He is 8 today and he managed to bit one of his friends, kick another and behave as if possessed by the devil

Never been so embarrassed in all my life and so upset now.

He has sun/moon at 28' cancer right on that damn eclipse and his AC at 29' Capricorn. AARRGGHH!!!!!

He also has t NN on his AC opposing this eclipse. I feel like burying my head in the sand
Can't believe how rude and horrible he was today.

Take it easy Lara. It is neither his fault nor yours. Yes, there is astrological stress but do not forget the psychological stress of not having a good daddy. His DNA "feels" what you have been put through by your ex-hubby, and this can manifest as rage in this electromagnetic low frequency polluted times. Did you manage to get a HHG btw? That will help you a lot.

Wow, I have the same sun/Asc combo as him (but off by about 5 degrees) andf I just had a crappy B-day weekend....to the point where I almost had a meltdown on Sunday after a ketchup accident. O__o

He's lucky to have a Mom who is great at astrology and can objectify what happened to him this weekend in addition to the actual earthbound issues.

Also, around mid October when Mars crosses that eclipse path along his ASC, be very watchful of his health in terms of a very bad cold or Cancerian health issues. Keep his nutrition up as best you can.

Lala - yeah i will, thank you. He is a bit calmer now. I think just seeing his dad after a month and then all this eclipse action just sent him into a tailspin... his little crab shell couldn't handle it all. He's so sensitive and caring.

thank goodness we have a 9 week old puppy that he can pour love into

Not very close to his dad, you say? That sounds familiar too. Although I must say in my case, things have been slowly gettig better since I landed this new job...he's actually 'proud'. *Twilight Zone music*

Its ashame to go through this type of thing when your young though-its important to have a strong bond with both parents at that age. Lo siento.

Here in the states, at least in NYC where I am, one of my best friends has a 1 degree Leo Ascendant and she called me tonight telling me what a bad person she thinks she is and how every single area of her life is falling to pieces and I looked her chart and realized that the eclipse will be at 29 degrees Cancer here. Once I told her about the eclipse, taught her a little astrology, she was super happy to have the awareness of the astrological pressures affecting her.

She didn't forget everything but it made her feel better to know that this is not a forever thing, that it will only last a few days and in the meantime she can figure out what the universe is trying to say to her.

I feel for you honey, I know how it is with kids....
My only advice is just to remember that in (X) amount of time, this will just be a distant memory, if you remember at all.

Kids don't have the sophistication or vocab to emote the same way, and sometimes, they just, well, have meltdowns.
But I feel for you anyway, and hope for brighter days to come!
