I have no grand trines when it comes to only planets unless astronomers discover another planet.
I looked at grand trines that include planets, centaurs, kuiper belt objects, and major asteroids.
I have a grand trine involving a planet,centaur,and transneptunian
Venus in 21'47 Scorpio in 3rd
Chariko in 23'53 Pisces R in 7th
Orcus in 22'28 Cancer R in 11th
Chariklo is the largest centaur, and it orbits between Saturn and Uranus like Chiron. It's named after Chiron's wife. Philip Sedgwick says that it has to do with relationship boundaries.
Orcus is a transneptunian and the largest of the plutinos which are objects that have 2:3 orbital resonance with Neptune like Pluto does. It is named after Roman God of Death. It is said to be linked to oaths.
I have a grand trine involving a planet and 2 centaurs:
Jupiter in 8'17 Sagittarius in 3rd
Chiron in 10'32 Aries R in 8th
Asbolus in 9'57 Leo in 11th
Asbolus is a centaur like Chiron and Chariklo, and it crosses the orbits of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
It is said to be linked to divination named after a centaur seer.
I have a grand trine of a major asteroids, transneptunians,and a centaur:
Pluto in 0'51 Libra in 1st
Pelion in 1'31 Libra in 1st
Vesta in 3'01 Aquarius in 5th
Varuna in 3'01 Gemini R in 9th
Pallas in 2'36 Gemini R in 9th
Varuna is a large transneptunian and cubewano named after the Indian God of the Oceans. it seems to relate to justice, judgment
Vesta is major asteroid named after the Roman Goddess of the Hearth. It is said have to do with devotion, work ethic
Pallas is major asteroid named after the Greek Goddess , Pallas Athena. It is said to do with creative intelligence, pattern recognition
Pelion is a centaur like Chiron,Chariko,Asbolus

“It is absolutely the perfect name,” Dr. Brown said, given the continuing discord among astronomers and the public over whether Pluto should have retained its planetary status.
In mythology, Eris ignited discord that led to the Trojan War.
“She causes strife by causing arguments among men, by making them think their opinions are right and everyone else’s is wrong,” Dr. Brown said. “It really is just perfect.”
