The Free Astrology Course was a great idea in the beginning, but many of the Teachers had moved on, and it has remained in limbo for years. So, now it's the Advanced Astrology Forum. The Password is: astrology. I need a hardcore astrologer to Moderate it.------------------ "I have found a desire within myself that no experience in this world can satisfy; the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." -C.S. I *loved* Geocosmic Valentine's posts and am sad she is MIA. She would make a great mod for serious astro.Other good mods would be Glaucus (when he returns), iQ or Jane. Jane isn't a "hardcore" astrolger as far as research, but I think she posts good topics and has some very interesting ideas. IP: Logged |

MIA = missing in action. It's an old army term for people who disappear during service.IP: Logged |

My nomination is for Darkdreamer, Todd or Jane. Even a weekly moderation would do for this forum.Peri would be a great choice PA but I think she has her hands full for moderating the main Astrology forum. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the nomination. I feel very appreciated right now. But I don`t think I could do this job enough justice.I would nominate Pire, Peri or Jane. Pire was the one who mentioned again and again that he wants an advanced forum, and I am very certain he would remind us to stay on topic now and then.Something most of us need to be reminded of at times. Plus he is astrologically interested, knowledgeable, and waht I think may be even more important for a moderator, he is calm, openminded, peaceful, yet is very much able to state his opinion clearly and draw a line, if it gets too much. I think he would be a perfect choice. EDIT: Coincidentally I posted this on 3:03, which means this is a cosmic "YES". lol IP: Logged |

Pire would be an excellent choice too, he has a wide array of astrological knowledge/literature and he quickly points out irrelevant posts.

So far, no one is posting there much at all. I'd like it to grow and put in up to four.------------------ "I have found a desire within myself that no experience in this world can satisfy; the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." -C.S. Lewis IP: Logged |

RandallMaybe people never really thought you could post to it? Taking the password off may help with the perception. I always thought it was there in an archive type format for learning. Never considered posting to it when I've been there. Too busy making notes. IP: Logged |

Could have just been a glitch with the privacy function. Or you didn't enter the Forum Password.------------------ "I have found a desire within myself that no experience in this world can satisfy; the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." -C.S. Lewis IP: Logged |

I want you. I need you. But there ain't no way I'm ever gonna moderate you. Now don't be sad 'cause 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Thank you for thinking of me , but I don't want to be a moderator. I'll definitely be reading that forum though. Musette - Perfect delivery. The check's in the mail.

I need to sleep but that new forum beckons so sweetly!Musette - Aww man, but I like to write dirty reasons for the check in the "for" line. The moderating-themed double entendres I could've placed there are endless! Out of spite for ruining my fun, I'm just going to send you Arby's coupons. Expired ones.
