Hi

My MC and Part of Fortune are both at 22 degrees Pisces (POF being in 9th house unequal,10th house equal).

With no planets involved does the conjunction still have meaning?

22 degree in pisces = my part of mirriage .

My part of fortune conj my IC. I must say I'm not sure if it's work except for what's happend in my life. I was happy in many year when I was married and we lived our family life in our home. My life expand and I get everything what I want. I in the time got through all the education I want. I fix the life and everything easy.

Part of Marriage in Pisces sounds fortunate. I have Venus exalted in Pisces

I've read that the IC (like the 4th house) symbolises your deepest emotional needs, plus your family and home life as their manifestation. Your post sounds like the Part of Fortune conjunction may have been influential.

With MC relating to career or "life path", highest aspirations, social standing and reputation maybe my conjunction is to do with career success and status? If so, I'm still waiting lol
