My mom often calls herself a "monkey", cause she just can`t find long arm shirts that will be long enough for her arms.
My father is actually the same. Very long arms, and he definitely is a Virgo riser with Saturn on the ASC.
Uranus on my mom`s ASC and the ASC-ruler in Virgo could give her long arms and legs, too.I`d say if I were to pick astrological "significators" for long arms and long legs, I would look towards Virgo, Gemini, maybe Aquarius, Mercury and Uranus as ASC-sign or conjunct ASC or ASC-ruler. To a lesser degree Mercury and Uranus in 1st house, even without conjunct ASC.
Hmm, I just thought of Keanu Reeves, who would definitely fit the image of having long arms. And he has Mercury and Uranus conjunct his Virgo ASC (with Pluto there in the mix).
Unfortunately I do not know any female Virgo risers with Uranus (and Pluto) on ASC. IP: Logged |

I have long legs and arms, but I thought that was from taking after my father who was black. I am built exactly like he was built. not just short trunk,long limbs but also long collarbones. I never thought that it had anything to do with my Virgo Ascendant. people with Marfan Syndrome have unusually long arms and legs too. Males with a Klinefelter Sydrome (primary hypogonadism connected to having XXY,XXXY,XXX) have unusually long arms and legs too.

Yeah, I am not yet convinced, it really is to be seen astrologically, but I just noticed that Virgo ASC`s or people with strong Virgo placements and Uranus, seem to be long armed and longlegged.Of course there will be Taurus-ASC with long legs, too, even though I have never met any. IP: Logged |

Grandpa had Uranus oppose Ascendant,and he had short legs. Uncle Eddie has Uranus conjunct Ascendant, and his legs weren't long either. My mother has numerous Uranus aspects,and she has short legs my aunt Dominga has Uranus square Moon-Ascendant conjunction, and her legs aren't long I think this is connected to the Portuguese ancestry. I have no planets aspecting Uranus whether by ecliptic longitude, declination,or right ascension Uranus is my oriental/guiding planet.

I have long limbs and I am Gem Rising with Mercury in Aquarius and Uranus opposite my ASC. So I can back that theory up.However, I have a Virgo Rising friend who has short arms and legs. Her Mercury is in Scorpio and Uranus is not prominent in her chart, so perhaps you need more than just the rising sign. IP: Logged |

I am sure we definitely need more than just the rising sign!Actually I was considering taking the whole first, physical, quadrant into account. Even though the ASC is most obvious for our physical traits, the 2nd house represents the body, too, and the 3rd house represents the way we express ourselves not just intellectually , but also physically, like in "movement". And probably there are even more aspects that could modify our appearance, astrologically and genetically; maybe so many, that we cannot say anything for certain at all.

Are you sure you aren't a Fire sign ASC? Maybe a Leo or Sag? You have all that great hair...!! Leo the Lion has a great mane of hair. And you also have a great flair for "SHOW", and being showy. I am thinking now that the long limbs is definitely more genetic. All my family have them and none of them are Sagittarius or Gemini. I checked them all out tonight. So interesting though, Glaucus and DD VIG - i'm sure. My mother is triple Aqua and i have her hair. It comes from our Hungarian roots - The Hungarians are renowned for their incredibly thick hair. My mother looks just like she has a lions mane!!! NO Leo anywhere in her chart You are so sweet though to think of me 
I want to write you an email but i can't - my emails are down and i am having enormous problems with my server. I am hoping it will be back up and running again in next couple of days. It's been doing this on and off for months
