When in a Synastry these two Conjunct in one persons 7th house how does that work or suppose to feel or mean..

I haven't experienced that, but I feel that it could mean that the NN person would encounter the Chiron person's pain/wounds in his/her path, and the Chiron person can help the NN person in his/her personal growth.
Also, the NN person's life lessons can probably remind the Chiron person of some wounds. But it can be healing for the Chiron person, depending on how the NN person deals with his/her life lessons.
