Topic: Natal Chart mostly conjuncts, oppositions and squares

I have 29 aspects that involve conjuncts, squares, and oppositions in natal chart and 15 aspects that involve trines and sextiles. What is the average? something more evenly distributed? and does this mean that life will be more stressful for me, filled with more internal conflict than average person?IP: Logged |

i have a lot of oppositions and squares as well. not very many conjuncts though. probably a couple of wide ones only if you don't count conjuncts to the angles. i think i'm luckier than most but that's all relative anyway.  edit: i see you have trines too and sextiles. can't be totally bad then. Yes, I think you will have more internal conflict. I am in the same boat and also have mainly squares, oppositions and conjunctions. Only one sextile. No trines. (Between Major planets and luminaries, that is). It would be nice to hear a practical explanation from one of the more advanced astrologers on this forum how to transcend a square / opposition - how are you supposed to deal with these energies to make them work for you instead of against you. Also how the energy of a positive manifestation of a "bad" aspect would differ from the result of the "good aspects" between those same planets. We all know a square means blocked energy, manifesting the negative influence of the planets involved. But it is not enough to tell someone "oh, (for example) You have Venus square Saturn - that means you will spend your life feeling rejected and unloved!!!!!!." . Lovely, mmmm?. Now what? If we can add something like : ..."BUT ... if you do "xyz", a totally different result will manifest which will look like "abc"." THAT would be useful information. IP: Logged |

My aspects (up to Chiron) are: 2 conjunctions
4 sextiles
4 quintiles (major aspect for me, 360:5 = 72)
4 squares
6 trines
1 opposition My Ascendant (in my case most important) has all possible major and minor aspects. I have seen that is not good to have squares to the Ascendant, because Ascendant are we, our body and also our health.
There are Natal Charts red, they look like a blood field (squares and oppositions) and those people are happier than me. Bobbie

---I have this one  I say to hell with it, i'm gonna go my own way and you are either with me or not. But that could just be my Uranus/Pluto acting up. I pay attention to the positives I receive and not the negatives, that was a battle earlier on, believing what others had to say about me rather than what I have to say about myself. The other negative I've found for me with Venus sq Saturn, and others in charts I researched, is that there is a lot of self rejection going on, and a subsequent rejection of others. Cycles like these perpetuate. That term to ponder, what does self rejection mean and why would you do that to yourself? Also I've found I can get too stuck inside myself. The answer to Venus/Saturn is to keep reaching out. Now, I have Venus Capricorn in the 6th conj Moon and I am very finicky on the people I want to interact with. But I am no longer rejected. I've learned what I like and the type of people I want to associate with, and what I hope to gain from it, whether it be love, friendship, knowledge, a laugh, etc. And now, tho, I am in the habit of rejecting others who would want to be friendly or loving to me, but I do not have endless resources to give out, so I have to be precious with who I interact with and for how long, etc. I do not enjoy rejecting others but the situation has reversed.Also, in my progressed chart, progressed Venus is trine Saturn. ^ That is something to look for with natal hard aspects from personal to slower moving planets. The personal planet will eventually, but not always depending on rx motion, make a trine back to the slower planet when its natally sq. IP: Logged | |
