I guess, it is a Singleton, right? Would it be more powerful, as such? Would it not matter much?

I assume the more singleton qualities it had (only planet in a specific element/quality, etc..) would heighten that. I would consider it a singleton as it is one of the most available channels for the manifestation of that hemisphere.

Because it is Chiron however, I wouldn't discount their asteroids and centaurs. Unless you give it more value in your personal system, Chiron's popularity doesn't seem to generally give it the same value as a planet IMO.

Yes. My brother has Chiron conj. MC. The only major planet or asteroid above the horizon. He's spent most of his life locked up.
