Maybe this is a dumb question, but I'm really baffled: What year does a progressive chart refer to? The year after your birth, or is it based on your age at the time. Secondary progressions (most common and the default type of progression that most refer to) is basically a day for a year, just like you said.ETA, Whoops! I do not know how the angry face got there.
