like Chiemi said i cant give false complements to people, and i try not to talk about people behind their back and usually try to stick up for people if someone talks about them to me. also if someone asks me for an assessment i feel compelled to be honest(maybe my scorpio sun?) even if its in a more euphemistic way, but i cant straightforwardly say something that might hurt someones feelings.

judging myself for how other people must see me was a HUGE issue for me but its been getting a little better gradually. i usually just remind myself that im the only one watching and analyzing myself that way (ive got virgo rising and virgo moon)im also very analytical about others and their behavior and motives(scorpio sun & pluto in 3rd house)and i try not to judge people but often times i look down on people even though i know its wrong. i want to be more accepting toward everyone but sometimes i have to try to fix myself to be that way. (probably my aquarius nn - leo sn)

But instead of being fake, i choose too limit whom i associate with.

It is extremely difficult to carry on a conversation with random ppl. Because my concerns are mostly surround about where I am at in life... (Aries nn self -discovery) I will keep things brief.

I thought it was hilarious, since she never once said that directly to me. She was talking behind my back.

Very silly over the internet anyway, people only openly present their true selves to a degree that they feel comfortable with, so suggesting a fakeness seems weird in most internet settings, in others I am like why would I want to be someone else,lol

You've just brought to mind the times I tried to balance out someone praising me up and down, by telling them I wasn't that great. Then, at other times, if someone has decided I'm awful, I'm ready to retort that I'm not.

I expect people to have different sides to themselves. There are things that we will only share with certain people, or maybe only ever one person (if anyone). And everyone varies in mood, as well as mindset, depending on what they're going through, if anything.

For example, when I hear mothers speaking to their toddlers in an extremely controlled, "mother" voice...talking down to their children as if they are not actual humans...that honestly makes me want to stare, get into a conversation with the mothers and find out what the cause of it is.

Do you always talk like this?

Is there a reason for it, like did you read a book that instructed you to speak this way for their brain development's sake?

Are you a professional singer or lecturer, is this very much part of your personality, or is it some kind of show?

Those are the things I wonder about. I wouldn't ask those questions directly but I'd be trying to figure all that out.

It's all presumption, based on my own idea of what "natural" and "sincere" ought to sound like. But maybe for them that is sincere. I just don't recognize it as sincere at first.
