Moon in Capricorn temper/anger was the scariest I've ever seen. Leave Hitler out of this, there is a lot of fantasy about that point in time... IP: Logged |

So he's an early Taures? which would mean he's going through T. Saturn opposite the N. Sun (heavy duty Karma) with the Moon in Capricorn? Depending on the degree, he could be going through a T. Pluto conjunction The Moon represents the Mother He definately has mother issue.------------------

The little I've read said his parents divorced when he was 17, and he went to live with his mom. His dad had liberal visitation rights. The Taurus-Capricorn chart shows a pFQ at 17 which is consistent with the above events. At 20 the pChart shows pSun oppose pPluto. pMerucry changing signs, & pMoon in Libra. The Gemini-Pisces chart, for me, is the most fascinating. Here he has a pFull Moon, pVenus conj pSun, and pMars moving from Aries to Taurus. Overall, both charts show romantic drama. Or the pinch of loneliness for someone who likes to go it alone. In the case of the Cleveland man who shot a bunch of women in a gym, he too was in a major lunation phase. In that case he was a Libra w/ Aquarius moon. His pChart had pNewMoon in Scorpio, pMercury going direct, & pVenus having recently changed signs and moving to oppose nMars & conj pJupiter. IP: Logged |

It seems more like a trend. There was a mall shooting suspect apprehended in southern california and another teen suspected of plotting a mass shooting on the same day. I feel humans are all about monkey see monkey do. Out of sight and out of mind. Seriously, if you take a look at isolated cultures they have no clue.... no clue...what sex is really about until they are probably 25. Sure you can say they are ignorant. I find that is a good kind of ignorant though. Whereas here we have 12 year olds getting pregnant and teens making pacts to get pregnant. It is all about being influenced and allowing your mind to be controlled by what looks or feels cool. That is a very juvenile way to live. This kid was a loner, shy etc. I bet if they checked his computer he was on sites that spoke about killing etc. It becomes a habit then an obsession .....if YOU let it. And I bet he let it. A teacher of mine used to drill into our brains: If your mind is too open your brains will fall out. You have to have some limits, tons of self discipline to be anything worthwile in life. If you dont control your own mind someone else will. I feel there should be a ban on selling guns to people who have not been checked out by a psychiatrist/ therapist. If you dont have the green card to get a gun tough cookies. If someone steals your gun and commits a crime then you should get the SAME sentence. I think that will make it easier to say no to someone and protect your guns. It would be like car insurance or a drivers license. If you dont have it sorry you cant drive my car. End of story. No hard feelings. I just hate that we allow lobbyists to have so much power. Why dont people get on their cases instead of having protests for silly things like the nudity ban in SF or the flop wall street protests. We should go after the root. IP: Logged |

I think Adam Lanza, whatever his astrological combo and as troubled as he was, was a good example of why people should not get divorced.IP: Logged |

I'm morbidly fascinated by how many people (not just here at LL) are finding ways to use it to promote their pet causes. Every time I think I've seen it all I see yet another topic promoted (some relevant, some not, and most only partially so, and it overlooks just how extreme this was rather than a normal consequence of said pet cause). There's one pet issue that I haven't seen yet, but I'm guessing by next month it will also be covered. IP: Logged |

The trouble here is that Nancy Lanza was a gun enthusiast, and became obssessed with guns after her 2008 divorce from her ex-husband, Peter. Nancy and Adam lived in a beautiful large house that is definitely 100% not middle class. The driveway looks large and long enough to park at least 20 cars. Nancy had 45 guns and rifles all legitimately registered to her, including the Bushmaster 0.223 M4, the Glock 10mm and the SIG-Sauer 9mm used by Adam in the massacre. Nancy herself was one of the fall-off-the-cliff economic collapse survivalist whack jobs. Ultimately, her own gun was used to shoot her in the face multiple times. Therefore, in this case, gun control wouldn't have done anything because the guns were all legally registered. This is a Bushmaster M4 XM15. It is the weapon that was used for the entire massacre. Wal Mart sells it for $800. Available in stock at stores, next to kid's toys. No problem to buy in some states. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Bushmaster-M4A3-.223-REM-16-Patrol-Carbine/19235996 He used Full Metal Jacket bullets that are designed for the highest possible velocity and to penetrate multiple bodies, to inflict maximum damage. Just to illustrate how easy it is in America to massacre, the bullets are available at 20 for $10 at this web site. No questions asked. http://www.ammoconnectstore.com/category/catId=4311911 I added 400 bullets to my shopping cart. No questions asked. Next day shipping! Sick!!! IP: Logged |

Perhaps one may need something higher end, with a optical sight scope to enhance long range aiming. Again, fully in stock at the neighborhood Wal Mart for $897. Maybe pick it up in time for Christmas! Buy tomorrow and the one-week waiting period ends on Christmas Eve and Santa can deliver an assault rifle! Any wonder why stuff like this happens? http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sig-Sauer-M400-with-Prismatic-Scope/21677320

Free will. I'm not even remotely religious - in fact, I was raised in an atheist home - and this is the obvious answer. Absent a universe of automatons, horrible actions will occur (or evil will exist, however one views it). IP: Logged |

You seem to have mistaken God for Jasmine: quote: Jasmine was an ambiguously evil being whose goal was to gain a corporeal form on Earth and become ruler of the world. The main goal of Jasmine, the Devourer, was to bring world peace. The catch, however, was that Jasmine's vision of world peace was a complete lack of free will, wherein all humans would be mindlessly and unquestioningly devoted to her,
That's ok, many people make that mistake (or at the very least eagerly await messiahs or saviors or whatever to come and take over the world with global mind control just like Jasmine did). On the plus side, tragedies like this are exceedingly rare, not "everyday." If it were every day then it wouldn't even be news, but this incident is one for the history books. IP: Logged |

Nothing but the best. That is the danger of this sort of approach, if 3 are good, 45 are even better, after all how much would anyone spend to protect their family?

Isn't there something to be said about the evil Aries/Taurus cusp? I've read somewhere once - don't remember where - that men born on this cusp tend to be too insensitive and materialistic? Adolf Hitler was born April 20th. IP: Logged |

Interesting enough: http://www.alwaysastrology.com/aries-taurus-cusp.html The question here, for me anyway, was he insane (in which case I doubt his sign had much meaningful to say on the matter) or did he make an "informed choice"? IP: Logged |

It seems the environment in that neighborhood normalized gun use, since people target practice even in their backyards. It's a rural nabe. A different world from city living, right?IP: Logged |

Moon in Cap is a very weak combination since it is opposite it's home base of Cancer. Apparently with him it rings true since he did seem to experience emotional difficulties and the moon's position in a natal chart indicates the emotional nature.IP: Logged |
