I will "celebrate" by eating a lot and getting back to my room as soon as possible. If I didn't live with my parents, it would be a normal day. I'm not christian.Cap sun IP: Logged |

We celebrate the 25th. The holidays for those in the food industry is peak season so it's been that way since I was a kid. Expect lots of stress up u till the very end of the 24th. I hate Decembers lol! I can't wait for new year though. Best time to get dressed and get drunk on champagne. All is right in the world when ur in black tie.  I am a Taurus with Leo moon. When I was younger I suppose it meant I could buy one thing I wanted. It could be anything but it had to be only 1. #oldhabits I don't know what that 1 thing is this year. all is right when you're in the black tie.... alright. lol umn~ meh~ traditional in-law get together -- go to /his/ aunt's house --- feast on the Portuguese favourites, calde verde, octopus, chicken, potatoes, fish, and massive dessert trays that nobody ever even makes a dent in..... then, wait until midnight for the children of the family to open their presents.... lastly, come home and do the final preparations for the next morning (er, later that same morning).... idk... same thing every year~ I married a Portuguese Sadge Sun - Scorp Moon~ ---- I'm a Cap Sun Taurus Moon~ .... my prediction for this year's excitement will be ----- my kid gives someone else a bloody nose~ (it's becoming a tradition)

awwww cappy....   !! To me, you don't need to be christian to celebrate and feel the Spirit of Love... I am going to eat fish on the 24th, Christmas Eve and have a big dinner at a buffet. Probably won't eat much if anything on Christmas day but will go see a movie. IP: Logged |

Libra Sun, Venus conjunct Jupiter, both sextile my Virgo Moon. I've always been fortunate to get tons and tons of gifts due to being an only child and even at 18 it's still frustratingly the same... the older I get the more detached I get from holidays and it makes me feel awkward getting so much when other people out there are less fortunate. It helps that I volunteered a lot this holiday season and will continue to help out throughout January. For Xmas day I'm going to try to spend as much time alone as possible. I don't really get along well with my family when they all get together. I feel like the outsider for no particular reason. I'm an un-apected Sun btw so I guess that makes sense. :I IP: Logged |

I will be celebrating Christmas with the family today...exchanging gifts, eating great food, blaring Christmas music and reminiscing. Love all around.Then late tonight, I might go out to this dance club since a friend will be bar-tending/hosting there. If around fun people, I LOVE to have a good time dancing, singing, laughing and just going with the flow!  I love adventures. And tomorrow morning, I hope to attend church.
