Where can i do a natal chart that will tell me, the ruler
Like a list. Because I can't get myself to read like that
Example:
Ruler of the 1st House is Saturn
and saturn in in the First House

Ruler of the 1st House in the 1st House

I don't know any places where you could do that.

But you could post your chart and we could tell you. It isn't that hard really.

you should look planet ruling your 1st house (Asc) and in what house it is in. For example, if your Asc is Libra, you should look what house is your Venus in.

It's actually really easy, all you have to do is look at the sign on the cusp of a house.

Then look at the planet that traditionally rules this sign:

Aries - Mars
Taurus - Venus
Gemini - Mercury
Cancer - Moon
Leo - Sun
Virgo - Mercury
Libra - Venus
Scorpio - (Mars), Pluto
Sagittarius - Jupiter
Capricorn - Saturn
Aquarius - (Saturn), Uranus
Pisces - (Jupiter), Neptune

ETA: And then, look where the planet is placed.. obviously.
