Taurus does not fit for me, at all. She does not feel like an earthy Taurus in any form or shape to me.

Taurus feels like they would like food. They feel earthy.

To me, she seems like a Libra ASC. Her features have that sunny, wholesome symmetry that is classic for Libra ASC.

You will probably have some Uranian features, or you might come across as one instead of a Libra rising.
I myself have a Taurus rising, still in the Taurus decan natally, so I definitely come across as Taurus rising or sometimes a Taurus sun.

I was thinking about Kate Middleton.

If she has a Libra asc, I would say in the Gemini decan--so the 20-30 degrees.

Aries ASC (I'd say, appx ~16deg perhaps 18deg, however I do not know where IQ places it).

axis square Sun-Moon and cnj Kaali.

Her Libran qualities will express due to chart ruler in Libra (in aspect to the axis itself, happens to fall slight wide opp ASC node by this calculation, thereby possibly generating more of a Libran finesse. DSC ruler in wide sxt/tri from Aquarius. Adding to the feel that she is 2 parts strength and cunning and one part beauty and charm. (Librans being of Athene of the Olympians, Venus in Libra represents the masculine Venus - or Areia Aphrodite, Aphrodite Hoplismene, Venus in Taurus represents Aphrodite Here' and Antheia, Pothon Meter) - acknowledging the separate identities to constellations and their "signs", as well as the epithets for Venus in these signs are where conventional astrology has gotten quite hung up on encouraging simplicity in spite of inaccuracy and misunderstanding earlier ideology and principles. (In other words... The Dike, Antigone, and Ishtar and later Athene symbolism that comes from the constellation myths regarding Virgo to Scorpio in modern astrology, would never apply to modern Libra interpretations.) ~ meh ~ Makhantis Libran's.... those are the worst.

I highly doubt you or anyone else will ever agree or pay mind to these significant teachings that aren't even remotely appetizing for a one trick pony astrologer with a penchant for turning all things into extremes, but this is my own opinion, irrespective. The Royal Highness looks and behaves very much like an Cardinal Sun-Moon opp natal with Libra Mars ruled ASC with Venus ruling Mars from social endeavoring Aquarius in the 11th and that ASC ruling Mars tucked away in the serving house of 6th which itself is ruled by the solar powered 10th (Sun in 10th)- elevating the natal further above simple servitude.

Big pictures, not just pretty faces, make the ASC what it is, I believe.

It would be even better understood when looking at her exalted MC ruler being in Libran sign/house as well. ~ you see Libra. I see Aries with Libran accents and Venusian accessories being worn by a Capricorn-(dom)Cancer natal.

Besides... There is no way she is a Libra Rising if her biography is correct. The latest I would put her birth time is appx 5/6PM - after appx 5, most people switch to saying "evening". (most not all*) So at the latest Leo, could be her ascendant.

It's interesting to note that she was born in the last total lunar eclipse witnessed by the British Isles until 1985. ~ as an archaeoastronomy enthusiast - I can say that her birth was auspiciously well timed for her future public role. Her Sun/birthday was also celebrated as Agonalia (festival of Janus and the festival of Aset/birthing of Aion, as well as a Thursblot, or Thor's Feast, not to mention the conjunction of Sun to Facies as well as nearby Vega, and the ASC falling onto Altais *the Goat* of the old Draco constellation, her Mars is on the crow's wing *G.Corvi too, I believe her Saturn is near Foramen, and N.Node is aligned with Pollux *one son of the Queen of Sparta, divine, son of Zeus*.) The stars give her a lot of "Jupiter-Saturn-Mars" influence, her sun is Q Jupiter, MC sxt, Moon tri - a strong but subdued magnetic charisma...

I vote Aries.
