My question is, is the way you deal/cope with breakups shown in your chart? Not the best title I know :/ I personally have a really hard time, I mean I know everyone does, but it takes me years (1 at least) to actually get over someone (took me months to get over a 3 week non-existent one - I'm horrible D: ). However I stick it out, and reaaalllllyyy feel it. And then there's other people and some of my friends, whom get over someone in a couple of months, which completely amazes me, and they jump right into the next relationship. I'm just here like, how can you do that? Did you even care about your ex in the first place? IP: Logged |

I think it's impossible to know how someone feels inside from the outside. Astrology should teach you that. Some signs are more stoic than others. That doesn't mean they don't feel.IP: Logged |

Well you almost never get over true love, it probably takes decades but it's not hard for me to get over break ups.Gemini Venus and Aries Mars has no time to shed tears for someone I never loved. I don't fall in love easily, believe me I try...

Rest of my personal planets are in gemini.I'm pretty straight forward if I genuinely like someone. I would stay away from him if he's being too hot and cold. He's probably toying with you, or not looking for a relationship. IP: Logged |

Jupiter or Uranus transits - feeling liberated, looking forward to something new.Saturn or Pluto transits - heavy feelings, pain. IP: Logged |

Oh, you meant in natal..Well, the same still applies! The more watery a chart, the more difficult it is. Fixed signs aren't good at letting go. A prominent Saturn, Pluto & Moon will make it difficult to let go and move on. Uranus, Mercury, Jupiter & Air in general may find it easier to move on and look for something new / better. I would think fixed signs have a harder time processing and fully recovering from all the emotions experienced during a break-up, than cardinal or mutable signs.IP: Logged |

I'm exactly the same. It's a curse! I attribute it to my Scorpio (Sun & Venus) and my Taurus moon. All fixed. I love deeply and hurt for a long time after breakups. What in your chart do you think causes it? IP: Logged |

Well.... *maybe* I have some good news. But what a timing! (this thread) *I* broke up with mine yesterday, or specif. such an 14 hours ago now. And believe me I cried waterfalls this night and I f*** loved this guy I swear. It was Mutual, otherwise I can't love like that. But well circumstances circum.. cir..!! I had no choice really (there was already some steam for 2 days btw) I just looked at the transits.. my gosh! Our most strongest geometry (the *double iron butterfly*) heavily touched by T. CHIRON/URANUS/SUN/VENUS/MARS/NN pffffft! In-there the transiting Uranus-Mars square made a T-square to his tight natal Neptune/Venus conjunction. T. Uranus also conjunct my natal Chiron/Eris in the butterfly. We needed some *space*? Probably both yess! But space means to me an irreparable SPLIT. Don't ask me why, it simply IS. I'm very fixed myself with Leo-Sun & Scorp-Moon. Ok, let's not forget the good news I feel pretty relieved! And this is not something I'm used to.. (very fixed chart altogether me). Ok, not knowing ofcourse what the upcoming days will bring emotionally .. but maybe it's something which the transits also confirm.. breakups don't have to be THAT terrible?? (even if you're normally verry prone to longgggggterm pain and not coming over the whole stuff) I'll keep in touch to likely confirm the best of 2 worlds Btw, according to magi-astro we had some GRREAT Cinderella transits both (connected to our already established Cinderella *iron but*), .. could be great to 'settle' something like this. Who knows. IP: Logged |

So Taurus placements seem to be a recurring theme with a splash of water sign placements thrown in for added sensitivity?IP: Logged |

Unbelievable. I just read on one of their sites that a divorce/separation under Cinderella transits - which we have now, and even the strongest we ever had at-the-same-time + connected to our already settled Cinderella iron butterfly - is really the best you can have as it makes the separation less traumatic/dramatic. They even state that Cinderella transits are very helpful to break the spell of a 'captivation' while bringing you closer to everyone who is good for you and pushing away the ones bad for you. Interesting. Verrrry interesting, although it sounds a bit negative, but well.. I *AM* impressed, whatever words they use. (mainly by the less traumatic part). ** written during my tear waterfall (after the final 'war') I feel it's suitable to underline the above with my last text words to him, also as a matter of processing and to keep the words forever in the LL archives if you don't mind; I will never ever ever ever ever forget you too darling... never.. *crying* *crying*... I will never ever forget my *love*, my *sweety*.. my *everything* ..x jezxzxz (that ^^ isn't *drama* for a Leo with Scorp-moon, believe me) IP: Logged |

I have those two, takes 3 months on average for me, whether that's a long time or not, I don't know. quote: Originally posted by Doux Rêve:The more watery a chart, the more difficult it is. I'm a weirdo then. I have a water void and only 2 planets in fixed signs, Mercury in Taurus and (square) Uranus in Aquarius. An overdose of Uranus in my chart though. IP: Logged |

No when I broke up , I don't cope easily that's because cancer moon plus I have saturn square it. But with my libra sun , I think relationship is the huge lesson in this life , maybe I grow through relationship . Then after break up not too long , I can always find the next one very soon , till now I still wonder , how could this work out ? When I must stay single so long? Could I ever cope with that? Oi, with actual real love relationships it's kind of like an prolonged inner death that I go through. Ruling element in my chart is earth, followed by water. The only thing in fire is my ascendant and the only things in air are my sun, mercury and chiron. I'm a Virgo moon with venus in cancer. I have a hard time letting go and will over analyze everything until beyond the point of exhaustion. The one good thing I can say is that when I'm ready to finally move forward with my life, that moon sextile pluto aspect kicks in and I'll amputate you. I've actually been using the moon sextile pluto aspect quite a bit in the past few months.IP: Logged |

Well I've only had a really hard time with a break-up once. It was my first true love, and I don't think I ever move completely on to be honest. If I meet him some random day in the future, I still think my heart will leap 3 times and if he ever asked me on a date I would still go. I don't know why, I will always have a soft spot for this guy, it's horrible. It's 6 years ago, really, and I still kinda compare potential guys with him. He was a scorpio guy with cancer moon and capricorn venus. I've had many relationship since him, and also long lasting ones, but somehow it has never really been hard to get over them the same way. I really cried at lot and felt awful but it was always me ending it, so I never really cared that much to be honest. After the break up with the scorpio guy I was single for 3 years, but already a week after our break up I kissed some random guy, probably becuse I was so hurted I didn't know what to do. It was the worst thing I ever did in my life, and I still regret it. I obviously wanted him back, and kept hoping for years, but nothing ever happened and now he has a new girlfriend. SO that story ends there! I don't really believe in the "one and only", but I believe that you can have many long-term relationships in a life time. So everytime I lose a guy, it's not the end of the world for more than a week, I'm quick to find a new. Of course I feel a little bit colder each time, but I wasn't wise enough to just stick with my first love... I'm virgo sun, pisces moon, libra mercury, scorpio venus and pluto venus. I have a lot of 4th house placements and cancer influence. So I really think I have a hard time letting go of the past, but in the end it was my own fault it went wrong, so I still kinda have a dream about meeting my first love again someday, at least just to talk....but it's stupid!:P

Sun in Scorpio, Venus and Mars in Virgo. It's kind of on or off -- the famous (or infamous) Scorpio "black and white" view of things. And I guess Virgo makes it practical. Once it's over, it's over. I may brood for weeks afterward, but there will be no more calls or emails, no trying to get back together. If there was anything worth hanging on to, there wouldn't have been a breakup in the first place. It's time to move on.
------------------ Everyone is unique. The chart is a template. Experiences matter too. Sun signs don't tell the whole story. Every sign has good and bad traits. Evolved, mature people will show more of the good traits of their signs. My natal chart IP: Logged |
