Are mars in gemini people weak in self defense. I read that often they don't have to fight because they have already beaten their competition through some head game and they like their opponent to be mentally intimidated, to know they are playing against a master. But when it comes to a fist fight or when they need to fight for the person they love against a mars in aries can they win? Can mars in 1st, 8th or 10th house make them more aggressive in these situations.
I have: leo ascendant, sun taurus(10th house), mars gemini (10th house) and venus aries(9th house).

If the Mars in Gemini is in aspect with Pluto/Uranus then they will be pretty good at it. Mars in 10th functions like a Mars in cardinal sign so that will help as well. But I doubt that you will have to use your Mars in Gemini, just roar like a lion and charge like a bull.

You don't need to worry then, it can make you explode faster than Mars in Aries.

I am a Gemini Mars and Leo rising also,thus my mars falls in my 11H.However,I don't think we are weak in self defence at all.Actually,we are fond of playing mind games with people that try to mess with us somehow and we usually are good at it.Personally,I have a Mars/Asc aspect too and I let no one think that they can underestimate me in any way when it comes to defence.

I have mars 1 degree from 11th house cusp but mars in 11th doesn't sound like me 100%. I have aspirations and goals and career and reputation is important in my life but i am not a people person. I like to be alone.

I was talking about the planets energy, how it expresses. People with mars in aries or capricorn are always shown as brave fighters and mars is gemini people are airy and can't focus. Astrology is 5% of who we are. The other 95% is free will.

Sigh. Negative. I have Mars in Gemini and I love a good tumble. I don't go looking for one to handle my anger, or fight for the sport of it. I can throw down though... but my Mars is also conj. my ASC, sextile my Sun, and inconjunct with Pluto.

That's the opposite of how I experience it. If anything, I focus too sharply and have to tell myself to back off. I don't argue full throttle unless my back is against the wall. And I have never been intimidated by any other Mars sign, not in a verbal disagreement.

Then again, I have Gemini Mars trine 3H Pluto; Mars is exactly sextile Aries Jupiter and tightly quincunx my Cap sun.

I'm practically half Martian.

I have a Mars in Gemini. I don't physically fight someone unless absolutely necessary. My appearance is very deceiving. I appear to be a dainty, girly-girl, but I'm actually quite strong. People underestimate how hard I can kick and punch. To give you an idea of my strength, I beat up a 25 year old man when I was 15 (he physically attacked me).

Of course, I have mars tine pluto, so that might've helped.
