Topic: If a planet in at the end of one house would it be interpreted in the next house

If i have mars in 28 degrees in the 3rd house, would you interpret it in the 4th? I keep hearing mixed opinions about this. What about if I have venus in 0 degrees in the 4th house, can it be interpreted in the 3rd? Decide for yourself! Do you relate to it being in H4? Or H3? Or both?  I tend to interpret planets as in the house they're in, no moving planets to the next or previous house. IP: Logged |

There are different chart types (Equal, Placidus, Koch...) and all give different cusps. Try them all and see where the planet falls in all of them.IP: Logged |
