They are double Virgo with rising and sun so the Virgo traits are emphasized - no nonsense, practical, information gatherer, communicator, and somewhat changeable.

Scorpio moon means very devoted to their family, unconditional love for the ones they grew up around regardless of what they are like, deep emotions, need for security, desire to share resources with others.
