i read that if one persons natal planets conjuncts or opposes the composite planets, then the relationship will greatly impact that person. But what if my natal moon squares composite venus? Is the square significant and does it mean that it will impact me negatively in that area of the relationship?

It doesn't have to manifest that way, I think.
Squares aren't usually taken into account, because the conjunction and opposition are what's important.
But composite Venus square your natal Moon may mean that the way love is expressed in that relationship doesn't mesh well with your basic needs, so you could experience some emotional frustration.

But like I said, I wouldn't pay much attention to it.. not sure if it has much impact or not.
