Hi, it's best to first look at the planets before looking at the asteroids. RX Juno I don't feel has as much significance as the aspects it makes to other planets.

Does juno aspect any of the love planets? Or is it in a relationship house? If so, then more effects can be felt methinks.

Yes, there are some aspects. Juno is in the 1st house - Aquarius.

And now take a look only to those aspects which are in an exact orb, less than a degree or so. It's transit, so by default, no 3-7 degree orbs. The fact that it's Juno, not a planet, reduces the orbs as well...
