Okay so first and foremost, the things that get me really fired up:Cruelty to children or animals. Defenseless creatures shouldn't be forced to try to defend themselves.
Rudeness. I don't care if you're sarcastic and witty, but rude... I can't tolerate that.
Overly-emotional people... I don't know why, but instead of making me want to nurture and protect them it makes me want to shake them. It's frustrating to me, but I don't usually do anything except for walk away in this type of situation.. Nothing I can or would do to change who they are. quote:

I have gemini sun 2nd house, taurus asc conjucnt mercury and mars and taurus moon.
I know this sounds somewhat selfish but i usually only get angry when it involves me i think it has to do with mars(anger) conjucnting my asc(self). and if someone insults my intellect i flip. i also generally hate injustice, for example if someone accuses the wrong person for something they didn't do. also i have a reeeallly short fuse, but i don't get really angry, i just get relly irritated, but when i do get angry i lose all my morals and almost get into some sort of enraged frenzy where i get really voilent. this has happened like one thime where some guy whom i already found annoying because he was acting tough all the time was gonna punch my girlfriend because she spilled he's drink on accident, i jumped out of my chair and knocked him right down and when he was down i broke he's leg. i was lucky he was so obsessed with acting tough because he didn't press any charges as he would have found it to embarrasing, he still ha's major knee problems tough

Many things/people annoy me, but in response I often just roll my eyes and go "Such is life". Sometimes I laugh at those people and at my own reactions. I hold only a few things/people close to my heart, so to send me into a burning rage, one has to hurt my loved ones. I react very strongly and violently to rape and sexual harassments. Whenever I read/hear about rape, I get murderously angry. As for sexual harassments, well none of the crooks that tried to get their dirty paws on me got away unscathed. Cap sun.

^Yeah, pretty much this. Except that I do see red when I have to interact with passive-aggressive, competitive, snarky women in my personal life or at work. Like most sane people, I avoid people like that, but you know...in-laws. Enough said, really.

But like most people, I can also see red when it comes to ignorance or apathy--especially regarding social issues. I do actually want to b*tchslap people for that. Pisces Sun

btw notice i said i hate injustice aswell as that guy i beat up i did because he was going to hurt someone i cared about so i guess that's sort of empathic in a way.

Yeah i agree haha when people are overly emotional and react to strongly about stuff that ****** me off to no end :L and also when people get really emotional about personal stuff that's not really any of their business that just makes me want to rearange their faces

Nobody makes me see pure red like my mother, who I maintain a relationship with because she literally has nobody else in this country. I don't actually like her most of the time. The things she does to make me lose it: refusing to stop criticizing my decisions after I have asked her repeatedly to stop talking about a particular decision. Case in point: I just bought an apartment post-divorce. I am in my mid-forties. She has told me for the past two months, at least once a week, that "it's such a pity, you overpaid by about $5,000.00"... all because I didn't try to take money off the purchase price for the living room and bedroom not having hardwood floors under the carpeting. It doesn't matter how much I tell her that my broker is the best in the neighborhood and there was no way I was getting the apartment for one cent less, wood or no wood. She keeps bringing it up, telling me my broker did me a major disservice and didn't have my best interests in mind despite the fact that she is a personal friend; that I am still a bit naive even though I've "improved", etc., etc. Makes me want to pound her into the ground. Other than her, though, what makes me angry is anyone trying to boss me around; people being cruel to animals; people cutting me off on the highway by millimeters, like my life is worthless, people running over my foot with their wheeled suitcases and not apologizing, and people pushing in front of me for a train, or cutting in the supermarket. Things like that. If I had a gun, I'd be dangerous. I'm a Cancer moon, with Mars in Capricorn. Add to the mix my Scorpio sun and Aquarius rising; I am pretty intense about a lot of things! Whoah, so many ethical watchd- I mean champions!~ But I'm afraid I'll have to be a little moderate myself, as I just don't have the energy to spend myself over society's arguably many faults. I'm generally a pretty laid-back person, even if you insult me right in front of my face it'll just slide off my back. Insulting other people, or personal beliefs isn't gonna fly it either. Only two things set me off; trying to harm someone close to me, and public humiliation. The second one is a remainder from when I was bullied at school; even if it sounds petty, I'm still not over it. If it's just done by one person, I don't mind, but when it's done from a group, I flip my **** .
Now of course there are some things that were mentioned here that if I saw them transpire in front of my eyes, I would lose it, like children abuse and animal cruelty. No one has the right to harm defenseless creatures. But that hasn't happened to me yet, and I'd think most of people here too. So even if it's at the back of my mind I just don't sweat it during my everyday life.

I can't stand being hemmed in, or just generally having limits placed on my personal liberty. I hate being told what to do, how to feel, what to think, what I should believe, etc. Nothing makes me feel nearly as threatened, nor sends me into a blind rage quite the same way. Usually, I will first try to charm my way out of a conflict, sacrificing my wants/needs to avoid open conflict (Venus in Pisces)...when that tactic doesn't work, I explode like a volcano, and I won't just refuse to do something, but will openly rebel against demands placed on me (Mars square Pluto). I have my Sun in Aries, Moon in Sagittarius, and Mars in Aquarius. I value my freedom above all else. ------------------
