Okay, tell me your Tropical Mars and Venus placements and I'll tell you what Sun sign you would be on Mars and Venus. IP: Logged |

So our geocentric charts are the true positions of the planets in the solar system?based on the Sun and not the Earth? So why are the placements for mars and venus different in Heliocentric chart...? IP: Logged |

Yes, since we live on Earth. (Geocentric) If we would live on the Sun, we would be the opposite signs. (Heliocentric) This applies to Earth only. As for Mars, Venus and the other planets, I'm not exactly sure how they would be determined if we were to live on the Sun, but they are different because it's based as the Sun is the center there, so it would change. Dude... This is the heliocentric chart. This is the true position of the planets revolving around the sun the moment we were born.. So the opposite degree of venus and mars would determine our sun sign on those planets if we were born on the surface of those planets not earth!!

No, for us, the true positions are the Geocentric ones because we are born on Earth. If we were born on the Sun, the Heliocentric would be the true ones. When born on say Mars, Venus etc. Then it would be a different placements for the other planets than being born on Earth. IP: Logged |

Geocentric : constellations revolve around earthHeliocentric : constellations revolve around the sun Venicentric : constellations revolve around Venus Marcentric : constellations revolve around Mars. ect, ect.
You could be a different sign on each planet. IP: Logged |

^If born on Mars, let's dub the name Marscentric, will have different placements for the other planets than if born on Earth which is Geocentric.I pointed the arrow to my post. IP: Logged |

Yes we would have different signs. How do you know what they are? If you are on Mars and the sun is in a sign, what sign is it in from Mars pov? Is it a matter of picking Mars out of the geocentric chart and looking at the opposite sign? If so, then how do you figure out where all the other planets are if you were on Mars? IP: Logged |

Yeah the other planets, that's the thing I'm not sure of where they would be. IP: Logged |

Are you sure where the sun would be? There would be two Martian moons. Why would the sun on Venus or Mars be opposite where these two planets are in a geocentric chart? Is the sun always opposite Venus and Mars in your chart? IP: Logged |

Yes, I'm sure about the Sun. Okay, so you are a Sagittarius Mars. If born on Mars, your Heliocentric planet is Mars in Sagittarius, but your Marcentric placement for the Sun is Gemini. Get what I mean? IP: Logged |

So why is the opposite placement of heliocentric Earth our EARTH sun sign, it's the same degree too 9 degrees Gemini. So If I was born on the surface of planet Mars the same moment the opposite placement of our heliocentric mars would not determine our MARTIAN SUN SIGN?

I think I get it now lol. When Mars revolves around the sun it's in Sagittarius but when the sun revolves around Mars it's in Gemini duh. That makes me a Leo on Mars IP: Logged |

Yes, on Geocentric, our Earth and Sun will be the same degrees but directly opposite from each other. So in Heliocentric from living on Earth, you are a Sagittarius Earth. But on Mars, your Sun sign will be the opposite of your Mars sign. What are your Mars and Venus Tropically? IP: Logged |

No, I think I might be confusing you two, or wrong, or I'm misunderstanding what you two are trying to say, lol. Can we just drop it! We aren't born there anyway! lol. IP: Logged |

Well I can journey on the astral plane and be on Mars and there's molecules It's easy to understand if I use Heliocentric Tropical, Mars is at 4 degrees Aqua on the day I was born. Standing on the surface of the sun, Mars would be in Aqua, so from Mar's perspective, the sun is in Leo. And what about bosons? I wonder what sign a boson might be IP: Logged |

Oh, that's where you got Leo from. I meant if we were born on Mars, that would be our Earth equivalent while the Sun will be the Sun no matter what. IP: Logged |

SSS Exactly that's what I was thinking!! because the planets revolve around the sun not the earth! So our geocentric placements are based on the planets (venus, mars) around earth. what we see in the sky!if we lived on mars, earth and venus would be in different signs but our martian sun sign would be based on the heliocentric system. Okay if you were born on Mars you would use that planet as your homebase and everything would be Marcentric instead of geocentric. I forgot to mention I am geocentric tropical Mars in Sagittarius. Heliocentric tropical is a different matter. There, Mars is in Aquarius and since I need to know the perspective from the sun's surface to know where the sun is when I am standing on Mars, then I would use Heliocentric and refer to Mars' opposite sign.
