The hard part I've had about this question is that when I think of God/dess I think of every attribute of every sign good & bad. To lock God/dess into a single sign is to limit Him/Her. God/dess is ALL the signs.

And an aspect that nearly every religion has involving a universal deity is apophatic theology, including Christianity. In short you can't say anything about God as It is beyond human concepts. You can't say "God is Good" because "good" is a human concept. And btw, that actually fits with the Bible given that God commands evil spirits to do his bidding (1 Kings 22) and says he creates the evil right along with the good (Isaiah 45:7, Job 2:10, Amos 3:6, and more examples exist). Thinking about other concepts also expands on that (for example, many Christians believe in a "new heaven and earth where sin is not possible" but shy away from completing the thought that this makes us robots without free will but to sing praises to our master, something they say God doesn't want...but is going to do anyway). And think of the many Christians who say God sends hurricanes and the like (and if one truly believed that without Jesus we're going to Hell then they should support a major villain scheming to rule the world through vile means as the President in Escape from LA). Apophatic theology is the only one that can reconcile such seeming contradictions.

Oh, and btw, as for heretics and blasphemers it was the first Christians (that is as founded by the First Council of Nicea) that came up with apophatic theology and yet they (and those who came after them such as the Catholics and Russian Orthodx and then the Protestants) tortured and horribly executed people who "perverted" the word of God...which would be the vast majority (if not totality) of Christendom today, including YTA. And the worst punishments were for those who twisted the word of God (that is claimed to be Christians) over that of pagans, heathens, and atheists.

But as someone who is not the least bit Christian I try to understand the Creator of All through Creation (like an artist through her art) I see the love & beauty of nature right along with the red teeth & claws and that every light casts a shadow (which is at least similar to apophatic theology though the yin-yang closer), such as you can't make a garden without exterminating a lot of plant & animal life as a very simple example. What that means to me is that God/dess can't be contained in any sign, each sign being an aspect of God/dess, even the parts we consider bad and evil. I suppose a simple pagan god could be as that god is very specific aspect of God/dess rather than all encompassing (the Greek gods would be easy, and btw, Jupiter/Zeus is NOT the creator god in Greek myth), but not for the Creator of All.

So I've thought about it since I saw this thread and the only way I can see it is that the stars are like a puzzle box beyond human comprehension which would disturbingly fit with the Lovecraft series of the "Old Ones returning when the stars are right," that is the stars are a reflection of occult energies manifesting (which is in line with classic astrology) and once the puzzle box (think that cube in Hellraiser only the puzzle box is the universe, or maybe each galaxy has its own God/dess, or perhaps the astrological signs would be the same on all worlds, a mathematical feat beyond human comprehension) then God/dess would be born.

Or put in simpler terms the question of this thread becomes to my mind is WHEN would God/dess be born on OUR world?

Even so, the question stumps me because I wouldn't know what that God/dess was looking to accomplish or why do it at all. Without that knowledge I'd have to guess it would be a chart as balanced as possible with every sign represented. I would guess Libra sun simply to balance those energies.

Of course if I believed in the god of the Bible then I'd say otherwise as that god is not the least bit fair or balanced (I won't say which signs I'd think God would be in this case).
