Dating a Libra Sun/Gemini Moon made me believe...that was how I got into astrology and the first time I started to study aspects and charts. 3 years ago that was.

I WILL cut him some slack on his erratic behavior though because he was and is a heavy drinker but still, those Gemini Moons....hmmm....

And then, of course, after having learnt my lesson well, I started dating a Pisces Sun/Gemini Moon and OH-FCUKING-BOY what a trip he was!

I realized astrology works when I correctly guessed someone's top 3 based on their similarities with others I'd known in the past (both appearance wise and personality wise).

Being a 'logical' Aquarian I'm not entirely sure that I do believe in astrology that said I cannot deny that many of the traits associated with Aquarius do ring true of me and also my boyfriend who is also an Aquariun. We both like our independence and he's about as romantic as an ironing board!

Someone gave a stack of occult books since he/she had to move house and I started reading those as a kid.

When I was really young, like four or five, someone told me I am a Capricorn and explained what it meant, that I am serious and ambitious and all that, and I just knew it was true.

So I grew up believing astrology, reading sun sign books, buying horoscopes.

But I only got into reading birth charts a few years ago. And I am still learning so much that it seems my understanding at this point is just the tip of the iceberg.

When I was about 13/14 If I remember correctly, I was on myspace and I saw it said LIBRA so I looked up what that meant and ever since then I've been amazed with Astrology. I own like 50 books on it and have read almost every webpage out there! I'm a Libra Sun/Mercury/Venus Moon Sagittarius Ascendant Gemini. My boyfriend is a Sun Gemini, Moon Pisces, Mercury Taurus, Venus Gemini, Mars Virgo ASC. Cancer, MC Pisces.

I'm not sure If I DO believe in Astrology. Which is very Libran of me, and noncommital. but Its very on and off for me. My boyfriend fits the Gemini description. Hes multitalented and smart. He speaks four languages!

I believe in God, I'm Jewish. I don't believe in reincarnation, ghosts, orbs, vampires, witches, or mul tidimensional universes... I do believe that there are some people in this world with special abilities or deformiities but im not sure what they are. I'm 18 now and am just about retired with astrology. Lol

Astrology is the only study I can think of that has remained true to its roots.

I started believing when I studied the history of astrology, that even the egyptians worshiped symbols that today are alike modern zodiac representations...

That thousands of years ago, being say, a Capricorn, means the same thing it does to this day even though the meaning was recycled from culture to culture.

Not even many sciences are as rooted and constant as astrology has proven to be throughout history.

Well, at first I started noticing some strange coincidences, like problems with Cancers and Capricorns (I'm an Aries ). I also observed that I get on with some sun signs, such as Leos, Taurus, Virgos and Aquarius, and that I seemed to be surrounded by them. I'd also regularly fall for Aquarius and adore Aries actors and musicians. I soon realised that all that couldn't be a coincidence, so I began picking friends / associates accordingly ( I know, I know, not cool, but my life has become much easier and I've been able to control my temper once I cut down the number of Cancers in my life - sorry, Cancers, but it's better that way, for all of us).
However, I became a believer after a certain problem had appeared yet again, and I felt really sick and tired of going though the same thing again. So I started looking for answers, and the always obliging universe decided to give me a gentle push towards astrology. I made my own natal chart from bits and pieces found on the Internet and the accuracy of it was astonishing! Not only did I find the answer to the aforementioned problem, but I also obtained the most accurate and faithful psychological portrait of myself ever! In short, it worked!

I always liked to read "character profile" type of things and i stumbled upon reading about my sun signs(gemini) which made allot of sense, then i checked the sun signs for people i knew etc. And upon having a conversation about it with my mother it came up that she had read some about it aswell and told me about rising signs and moon signs so i looked up my chart and then it all made sense, i doubted it from time to time(i was always skeptical before getting into it) but then i started noticing patterns in appearance relating to sun, moon and rising, aswell as some astrological patterns in families(my grandfather and all he's brothers is either taurus sun or moon, so is my uncle, and i'm taurus rising and moon) and from then on i never doubted it again. Also after hearing about how the moon can affect the tides etc. it also made sense from a logical standpoint.

I am not entirely sure that what I think about it qualifies as belief. I am a Virgo, and I have observed it for many years, asking people's signs and guessing them. I have researched it pretty well, and although I know I don't know a lot about it even yet, I am good at guessing people's signs. It does not seem very logical to me, but from what I know and have observed, it is true, and more so with increased knowledge. Truth is true. I can't argue with that. lol. So, you could say I am still looking into it more deeply and began to do so because I have found it to be true, despite my mental protests over it. And no, I do not believe in any of the other things you listed, because I did not find any evidence to support them.
