What would this mean? According to astro.com, I've got a stellium between my 12th house: Mercury in Aries, Venus in Aries and Ceres in Aries.

And also: do stelliums have to remain in the same element/house? I've apparently got a few others.. One with all Capricorn placements with my Neptune and Uranus which are in my 9th house and MC which is obviously 10th house, and one with Aquarius/Pisces.
