Overthinking to the max.

Plus, I have mercury conjunct nessus, venus, and jupiter.

I am overcritical and I live in my head 98%.

Does anyone else have similar aspects?

If so, do you think a lot?

Do you obsess over the same things all day every day?

I tend to literally live in my head. I am not mentally present most of the time only because I think about everything nonstop. It's almost as if I have mercury in gemini but with triple the intensity in my thought process.

I think so much that I end up wasting a lot of my time doing notjing because my brain is always on overload.

For those of you who have this placement or similar placements, how do you deal with this?
