Hi Venus in Aries women! How do you usually approach dating or when you have an interest in someone? I never really identified myself with being aggressive when I like someone but I definitely like to know something is happening with someone I am into.

I find it very hard to let the man do the chasing- I get impatient and I want to know how interested in me they are right then and there. But I have to always remind myself to let the guy take the lead or else they will lose interest. Does anyone else find this hard to do??

I usually let them know I'm interested in them.
Sometimes through actions, sometimes by just telling them.
I like being direct, and can't stand when they're not direct back and start play games.

If the guy believes that "man have to take the lead in the relationship", I instantly lose interest and begin to despise them bc they're full of crap for thinking like that.
Tbh I'd never be interested in them if I knew first hand that they think that way.

^^^ THIS!

And like Polkadot said, I am also interested to know how much HE is into me. If not, then I'll just let him swim in my reserve tank and go find myself another fish to catch

Haha! Yes I am a Venus/Mars conjunct in Aries so I don't like to play games at all in dating. I mean why not be direct and honest when you're into someone? I'm pretty sure someone can tell I'm into them, and I usually have a few guys who like me hanging around me, even though I'm not into them.
The hard part is, when I am interested in someone and I show interest, I just feel like a lot of guys lose interest once the chase is over, so to speak.

If the guy loses interest after the "chase" is over, he doesn't want a real relationship.
He wants someone he can play with when he's bored.
He wants a "pet" he can feed lies and false hope.
This is part of how he gets off.

Aries Venus women usually don't fall for this. It depends on the aspects and house.
And we can play games too if we want. It's just not our style.

From Aries Venus woman to Aries Venus woman, if the guy can't understand and accept your "romantic persona", then he's not worthy of your love nor time.

I have Venus in Aries, but it's at the 29th degree. I like to be chased and I'm pretty shy about telling a guy I like him. However, if he asks whether I like him, I will give a direct answer.

If a guy turns out to be a jerk, then I have no problem dumping him immediately. I would rather be single than be stuck in a bad relationship.

Venus in Aries here (and Mars in the 12th house. Mars should matter in this instance since we're talking about the sign Aries, no?) I know when I'm interested and will show you, be obvious enough that you don't have to guess. What I find is this often leads to me doing most of the work and the heavy lifting in the relationship, which I don't do haha, so out you go.

Hmmmm.I always that the Venus was we all attract someone to us(regardless of sex).

Mars is then the instigator. the one that actually "goes after" the object of affection.

For those of you who have Venus in Aries. Are you certain that it is not your Mars sign that gives you the "get up and go"?

The "I want them, I'll get them" attitude is a characteristic of Venus in Aries
I heard that men with this Venus likes to be chased though
What delays this attitude is probably the house and aspects
I think Mars in the romantic sense represents the kind of men we go after

Yes, only because my Mars sign is in the 12th house. It's conj. my ASC but because it's in the 12th house, and it's in Gemini and it's inconjunct Pluto I think it leads to my Mars doing a lot of scrambling as far as chasing goes. My Mars needs someone who is clear cut and then it'll flourish.

I get uncomfortable with showing someone I'm into them because I would be embarrassed if they aren't into me back. Therefore, I usually let the guy make the first move or show interest in me. If they do show interest, then I don't mind pursuing them.

I have Venus in Aries too and I can almost never hide how I feel about someone. Once they show interest back I am all in! Lol. I've chased a few guys away which is why I'm trying to learn some self control... This placement makes me a little pushy and impatient for things to happen. I usually move way to fast for the other person.

Exactly! That's why I find it hard to have this placement because guys need to do the pursuing. Otherwise, if the girl does the chasing, so to speak, the guy loses interest and backs off. Ugh!

I run away. haha jk

When I have a crush on a guy I don't really strike a conversation unless it's relevant. I will greet here and there. Ask questions about life to be nice but having a relationship wouldn't be my goal. I don't really like to do the chasing. I like it when a guy can take action.

I do stalk too. Like check their FB. Creepy status I know. If a guy tells me he likes me I am not afraid to tell them too. Everything just seem aloof (venus trine uranus - tight orb).

Go with the flow is my thing. When I do like someone, it's a sudden feeling and I avoid it more.

My Venus in aries doesn't seem apparent until I get into a relationship, which is strange. I've been told it feels like I am looking for the sake of arguing
