My bf and I have this aspect...
Negative;
Feelings of restriction
Blockages in expression
Misunderstanding
Arguments/butting heads
The saturn person can be a wet blanket
Positive:
You know where you always stand with each other
Idk about everyone, but him and I work through everything, there isn't an obstacle we haven't overcome no matter how hard it was
Faith and confidence
A glue-like feeling, sometimes it feels like you're stuck with each other sometimes it's like you're binding together
Saturn person goes out of their way to make it work, and work through problems
Saturn is always protective, and is willing to sacrifice
Building a future, and very careful with money (we hold onto each others money because we both have bad spending habits, and in the end it really helps)

Tell me your experiences with this synastry placement!!

Depending on other aspects in synastry, this can really be bad placement like you guys can't stand each other but my man and I have a tight sun conj venus double whammy, along with a whimsical forgiving Neptune sq venus, and mars trine saturn where we work it through when we're angry. Sooo I guess it all depends.

Me and a old friend of mine had saturn opposite venus, i was venus. We had other good aspects but those aspects did not "outshine" the saturn–venus opposition. I felt that i triggered some deep seated insecurity in her and she did try to restrict me. We had some good fun moments too but i got tired of her insecurity with me and felt more and more that she was a "blockage" in my life. She even admitted that the only person out of her friends she`s been really posessive over have been me, like she got really insecure when i hung out with other friends etc. We were friends for many years until the bond broke, but those last few years of our friendship i felt like she was a burden to me. The sun oppose saturn might have a similar effect.

I knew somebody where there was a double whammy aspect my sun opposite his saturn and my saturn opposite his sun.

There was no connection or communication. We just simply never existed to each other.
