Hi,

So I was flying on all gears the last 2 weeks--accepted a new job on Friday, started making plans on future accounts all week--

and then Saturday hit and I lost all motivation!

Could this be Venus Retrograde or Uranus Retrograde?

Venus rules my MC, and I have a Libra stellium and Libra Moon & Venus...

Also Sun is conjunct Uranus...could it be Uranus?

Or--could it be because I have Venus square Mars?

Can a retrograde act that fast? It's just really odd given how much energy I had...

I'm not sure if this theory is correct, but when Transit Saturn fell in conjunction with my mars, I became depressed, lazy, and just lifeless. Hopefully, this transit is the culprit & I can act out my Sagittarius mars correctly.

But then again, Transit Saturn has also been bouncing back and forth between my Sun, Mars, and DSC since Saturn entered Scorpio.

So I found this--anyone else relate?

"This retrograde can induce limitations in money matters or a slackening in the attainment of sought after material possessions. This state of affairs will remain till Venus again goes direct.

ScorpieScorp, not Venus or Uranus.

The retrograde motion of planet(s) alone cannot account for loss of motivation/energy for individuals -- without making note of actual planetary transits.

What most likely explains your high energy/euphoria suddenly dropping off after a few days is a Mars transit simultaneous with Jupiter's transit with your Asc. Mars was 19-20 Cancer before your energy/motivation drop off. So I'd look for a natal planet that may've been transited while you were looking at Jupiter.

Also, if your Asc is in very late Leo, Saturn is squaring it right now. The effect of Jupiter and Saturn both in angular transit (conjunct & square) to one's Asc will tend to have an ON/OFF effect.

Don't worry. Your energy and motivation will come back.

I just found your chart data and looked, ScorpieScorp. You have natal Jupiter at 22N59 declination, which means that Mars is pulling away from its transit parallel it. Orbs for transits (and progressions) tend to be tighter effectively on the backside/separating, not as wide as on the applying side.

Mars had been approaching from 3/4 degree away from your natal Jupiter two weeks prior.

Hi Kannon--very good point about 2 angular transits that are polar opposites...

I don't know how to read declinations....

I checked for other transits with Mars...don't see anything else that significant. But here's my chart if you see anything.

I think the angular point is a big one...thankfully Saturn will stop squaring soon...
