I was wondering how the effect of transits changes before it exacts and after it exacts.

For example if you have [Pluto conjunct Mercury] would the effect of the transit intensify after it exacts?

To be perfectly honest with you, I felt this energy when Pluto crossed over to Cap- way back in 2008.

However, I might add that it may intensify as the transit gets close to exact. Like a speeding car moving towards you.

Its never when the transit is exact, that the outcome is felt. At-least not for me.

Like you wouldn't feel the pain of being hit by a car at the moment that it happens. Shock/adrenaline take over and you are just numb.

It is only during the recovery process i.e. learning to walk again;that the real pain is felt. Where you pick up the pieces etc.

Likewise with transits, the psychological repercussions are usually felt in retrospect. Not whilst in it.

This is all my experience of-course.

For me it's when it is forming and exact. I don't feel it quite as much when it's fading. If it goes retrograde and it's forming in the opposite direction I can feel it too. I've had multiple major events happen in correlation with major transits when aspects are at or close to exactness. I don't worry as much when it's fading.
