Taurus is the "slow and steady" sign.
Having mercury there generally means that people take their time in reflecting and thinking about what to say, yet once they arrived at a conclusion, it is generally a sound one with lots of thought out and they won't move easily...Saturn conjunct will add logic and caution to the thought process and how you voice your opinion. It gives a sort of "matter-of-facts" attitude towards things in life and people with this aspect does not waste their time with superficial matter.
However, the square to Neptune interfere with the rational and logical thinking.
You may believe you think rationally and logically, but an overactive imagination usually interfere and distort your perception of truth and reality. It's like possessing a veil over your eyes, masking the truth, this added to the fact that your logic is very personal, makes it hard to communicate easily with others and share your reasoning.
