Any thoughts on 0 degree north node?

the one im interested in in particular is @ 0°01 Sagittarius in 2H Scorpio, conjunct pluto @ 27°50 and anti-vertex @ 27°42 scorp.

seems of particular significance to me because this is all conjunct my venus @ 29° 4H scorpio - chiron rx @ 28° 10H Taurus opposition (synastry).

Ive looked around, but i cant find anything much about TNN at 0 degrees, let alone conjuncting the vertex axis. Would this put an intensely specific emphasis on pluto? is it karmic?
