Hi all Curious if any of you have any strong feelings or reactions to the second sign in your 7th House. For example, my DC is Taurus at 28degrees so the majority of my 7th House is in Gemini. I notice that Geminis or individuals with a lot of Gemini placements really get under my skin. Even though as a student of astrology I do recognize that they have some really wonderful things to offer, overall I end up viewing them as being frivolous, untrustworthy, undependable, and self-serving. None of the Gemini-heavy people I've known are bad people and have done really wonderful things for others. I just find that I usually can't stand them after a while. Sure not every person that rubs me the wrong way or irritates me is a Gemini - I just notice that they strike a particular chord in me that makes me feel almost disgusted by some of their qualities (SO mean I know!). I either get along with or respect every other astro combo I've encountered - but throw Gemini in there and I seem to lose respect fast. I also have Mars and Chiron in Gemini in the 7th house - could that contribute to my general dislike of Gemini? Just curious what you guys think about this strange pattern IP: Logged |

lol I love Geminis (men and women). My Mars is in the Gemini decan but that's it. My chiron is in the 3rd/4th house cusp. I have no resentment with these signs.I have a Gemini friend and she's talkative and out going. I'm not like her but i admire a lot. My 7th house is Aquarius/Pisces. My 11th house is Gemini/Cancer. Do you find heavily influenced Aquarius or Pisces people are particularly annoying to you?IP: Logged |

Hmmm my roommate has a Sag 1st house stellium and has been getting on my nerves a lot more lately. I like her but she disrupts my peace often. Most of her stellium falls in my 8th so maybe its that love hate game going on. In general, I don't get a lot of them in my life.IP: Logged |

Taurus is on the cusp of my 8th.. I can find them aggravating. But sexy. Homer Simpson screaming "stupid sexy Flanders!!!" comes to mind here. Special type of annoyance. IP: Logged |

@FmVenusWLove: Actually, yes, a little. My least favorite signs to blend with are(in order) Aries, Virgo, Pisces and Aquarius. It's not a rule tho, I have an Aqua Sun w-Pisces Moon friend. I thought we were supposed to attract and like people having our 7th house sign in their chart lol.IP: Logged |

My Dsc is at 14 Aquarius, and yeah... Other Pisces Suns (even though I am a Pisces Sun) actually do grate on my nerves tremendously. I haven't been able to pin down why that is, because it's the Sun sign in general, any decan (no offense LL Pisces folk, you all seem very pleasant). It's downright odd, because I've only started to notice that the people I find the most irritating (in real life, online is something different) end up being Pisces Suns, so it's not like I'm predisposed to think they're jerks or anything. Dang, what is it about them then? I guess Earth can already be pretty grating (given the amount of posts that complain about the varying traits of Capricorn/Virgo) but FIXED Earth? That must be the aggravation grand daddy of them all quote: Originally posted by Violets: Ahahahaha! That was the best analogy.

I think hating Gemini has become some sort of astrological trend. There's this zodiac page that I follow on Facebook that posts all kinds of stuff hating on Gemini. But honestly it's easy for me to see them that way, especially as an Aquarius. I have a Taurus friend with a Gemini Venus and the way she handles her relationships drives me insane! (Maybe because my Aqua Venus is on the cusp of Pisces). I have a Gemini Moon though, yet it's in the eighth and makes an exact opposition to Pluto, so it's my Scorpini Moon XD Gemini gets put out there as the two-faced, popular, superficial kind of sign and so it's not surprising how much hate it gets, even though it's quite unfortunate lol. I'm an 00th Degree Scorpio Ascendant by the way. IP: Logged |

For a long time when I saw someone that I just wanted them to undress, it was a Taurus placement. Suns very often but moon, Venus, mars also. Then... Inevitably, I had closer contact. Sure, a relationship or two with Taurus mars. Working relationships with moons and suns that I had no choice but to interact with. Now I think, "Just go away. You don't have to go home but you got to get the hell out of here."

I suppose it's worth noting that Pisces Moons don't bother me, I really enjoy them. Not sure about Venus, Mercury, or Mars. I think they're good in my book as well, but I don't know many in real life.IP: Logged |

My DC falls in virgo, intercepting libra and then ends in scorpio. I reckoned I only met two virgos, one of which is my mother and is the prettiest, sweetest, most perfect mother ever (except that she's soo orderly and picky about manners and all that, but it's alright, it's my mom) and another guy I almost dated. Look-wise he was okay, not my type, but I decided to give it a shot since he was so sweet. He is nice, but selfish and always picking on the smallest of flaws in everything. I was so unnerved I just couldn't go past the second date. As for libras... My brother is one. We know each other exist, we appreciate the existence of the other and we will be of help to each other when we need it... but that's basically hit. I do recognize he is good-looking, but not in the Libra characteristically aristocratic way, more akin to earth-beauty. Rough around the edges ahah. I do find most libra pretty, but their personnality (surprisingly enough considering I'm gemini) ends up gratting on my nerves. I can't say much. Scorpio on the other hand... If I have a crush on someone without knowing the sign, 9/10 I'll guess right if I say scorpio. No mistake there. IP: Logged |

You guys are geniuses. quote: Originally posted by ScandinavianCrab: 7th house or not. Youre still Scorpio rising As a plutonian i think i can relate.
How on earth did I miss this? Lol. Not only is Scorpio my AC, Pluto aspects my Sun, Mercury and MC. Thanks for reminding me of my pluto-ness ScandinavianCrab Additionally, I realized after looking at my chart that my Mars and Chiron are part of a T-Square directly opposite my 1H Saturn Any Gemini placements that touched either my Mars or Chiron would automatically aggravate my 1H Saturn. I'm also just starting my Saturn return. More recently I experienced Saturn on my AC and that changed my perspective and attitude about life in general A LOT (i.e. I take things more seriously lol). It's interesting to note that I mostly seem to encounter this aggravating Gemini energy at work/business partners. I had a coworker who had a ton of Gemini placements intensely pursue starting a business with me even thought I told her I wasn't interested (definitely had no interest in working with her - I found her insanely irritating). Currently I'm struggling with issues at work due to my manager and office manager....who both have quite a few significant Gemini placements. Basically, I'm an idiot. I want to say that it's not because my Gemini is the second sign in my 7H (or more accurately, the sign on the cusp of my 8H), but that 1H Saturn that is making Gemini difficult for me to get along with. The 7th house cusp is ruled by Venus. But Mars is there. Tricky. This is contradictory energy at work here. Does Chiron conjunct Mars by any chance? Where is Mercury placed? In which house is it?

Hmmmmn interesting question. My least favourite (compatible) sign is Taurus and, yes it is in my 7th House and rules my 8th. Interesting....I wonder if you've highlighted another facet to the 8th House? IP: Logged |
