I don't know if its just the libra moons that I have went around, but I grew up with three and this certain thang that I noticed. Annoys the mess out of me! Libra moons just handle everything was such class that I wish sometimes that if they see something wrong that they will say something. I have encountered them not saying nothing at all, when people are getting talked about. They will just trying to change the subject. Maybe this is how the fit in. Its like they dont want to break connections with people.Unlike me on the other hand, my leo moon will freaking roar if somebody comes for my family an friends . Also I have a mars in leo.. So this could be the reason. I dont like this about them. I have been around people with aries mars to gemini mars, but its the same thing. Do any of you noticed this? IP: Logged |

Well, I know of one for sure who no doubt stands up for people and will voice it, to anyone. They are fire void also. But then I know another who is very much a peace maker and rarely will say anything that could rock the boat. IP: Logged |

I have a Taurus friend with a Libra Moon and she is quick to stand up for people she cares for. She also has told me when people talk crap about me and easily gets angry when people she cares about are insulted. Then again, she has a first house Scorpio Mars, so this may make it easier for her to do such. It's because we can't handle unharmonious atmospheres and dislike friction as a general rule as well as we see the balance and good and bad to everything and everyone, also because Libra Moon tends to want to please as well as be liked by everyone. It's quite simple but people don't see it for what it is. "Unconscious motivation to be undisturbed by any friction but peace at any price is hard to obtain because of the masculinity of Libra. Not apt to stand up for a principle if Mars isn't strong, for they want to be liked by everyone so they are apt to be all things to all people. If Mars is afflicted to the Moon, they will fight blindly rather than intelligently. Need for purification where motives are concerned. Need to be honest with themselves as well as with others. Gentle people, elusive sweetness masking a masculine strength. Ambitious but dependant too." IP: Logged |

My mom, a Cancer sun with a Libra moon, will almost always stand up for her family, even if we're in the wrong. She's almost devoid of fire, except for Saturn in Leo and possibly a Leo rising. I also have a Libra moon, Leo sun cousin is much like my mother and will defend her family. Both will do this aggressively, too.On the flip side, my Libra moon niece probably won't readily defend a family member head-on, but she will show her support after everything has cooled down. Eh, my taurus sun, libra moon best friend usually don't interfere unless she's asked to, not because she's polite and classy. She is, but that's not the reason. It's because both the other best friend and I like to handle our own things. It's a bit weird to just jump in, we're not damsels in need of protection 24/7.She usually chilling in the background, waiting. In the case of random people who are in the "under dog" position, yeah she'd interfere, without being combative. Only heinous behavior tick her off. She sends off her opponents with proper rituals, well wishes and flowers lol. Heh I love that girl. "Dogs that don't bark are usually the most vicious" - she often says. IP: Logged |

I know more than a few Libra Moons and I noticed the same observations as you. It's just not in their nature to possess such harshness. Even on the rare occasion that I've seen them "speak up", it's done tastefully and without bias. I think it also has to do w/ the fact that air moon people just don't get too attached to anything so they come off as detached. Of course other things in the chart can change this. IP: Logged |

If I were to take a second look at it, it would be because Libra Moons value harmony and dislike conflict so much that they will do anything to avoid it. In terms of the Libra moon, harmony = balance, and by taking a stand for someone and going into a confrontation, they would be shattering the perfect harmony that remained and kept them so stable in the first place, and they despise losing this harmony above all things. It's also possible that because of this harmony within a social context, they would want to keep harmony by avoiding coming off as the "bad guy", and this can possibly make it so much more difficult for them if they're sociably popular. That's why even if they take a stand, it won't be a stand that's in your face to prove a point. They'll make their mark through by going through a diplomatic approach, and they'll avoid having to become aggressive with the enemy due to their value for harmony and beauty, which plays a part in the balance that they value. It can be even more potent with Libra Moons due to this part of them being attached to their emotional core, and by acting out in a confrontational way, their emotional core is rattled about. When considering something as important as the moon in this question, it would make sense since their moon plays a vital part in themselves as beings. Now certain aspects the moon makes to other planets and its house position can alter this. If they had a first house Moon or Mars, or had Moon - Mars aspects, they could be more confrontational than your average Libra Moon. Other planets can affect this too, with the possible exception of Venus due to it ruling Libra, and possibly Neptune for its diffusive nature. Pisces Moons, however, wouldn't be as afraid of conflict as a Libra Moon, more so that the Pisces Moon would rather run away from that situation. That's my take on it at least. I have two Libra Moon friends and they value harmony in the emotional context. ------------------ Aquarius Sun, Merc, Venus, Uranus, Neptune Scorpio Mars conj. True. Who wouldn't want to be beautifully told that their a stupid b****? I could really use a lesson from them considering how horrible my temper is. Sometimes I wonder how Libra's don't blow up when dealing with bs 24/7 ------------------ Aquarius Sun, Merc, Venus, Uranus, Neptune Scorpio Mars conj. Anger and frown lines mar their beauty. I'm tempted to play a game of how to make a libra scowls and shows obvious signs of anger. J.k.
Much like you, I also feel I can learn a bit from them about controlling my temper. IP: Logged |

Librans of whatever stripe are not generally aggressors. They're not fighters. That is not their role, generally. Moon in Libra types seek the point of harmony within themselves, and will tend to want to maintain this and not step out of it simply because of what fights others seem to want. However, that is not an absolute rule. I know a fiery redhead Libra Mooner who is especially charming, yet will go to a conflict for fairness in her personal relationships. She has Moon parallel Mars (but also Moon sextile Venus). The Libra Mooner seeks harmony and creates peace. It is normally just not their role to fight for anyone but fairness in their 1-to-1 relationship IF they have to. ------------------ The Declinations Guy Rising Sign Descriptions | Expert rectification IP: Logged |
