Chiron SQUARE the Ascendant

I put the word square in capitals to emphasize that the square is very different than other aspects. In my opinion, the square is a locked in energy. Some people disagree.

I see the square as a tug of war. Have you ever played tug of war with a dog? One is locked into a stable kind of position with you at one end and the dog at the other.

An opposition, using our adorable dog reference, would be the dog managing to get the tug toy all to himself. Then you manage to steal it and get it all to yourself. It goes on forever thus.

The trine would be both playing like friends in the sandbox.

I hope this has helped things, rather than confuse them. If it confused them, pay it no mind and I will continue on with the square

Chiron is pain. Each person has a focal pain area. One can see this through the House of Chiron.

With the square, the person tends to LOCK their pain away in a safe little compartment, they hope.

The problem with safe little compartments is that they tend to grow. What started out as a little seed may become Jack’s beanstalk.

Hence, the native may be overwhelmed with phobias/addictions/compulsions/depression/anxiety and other such problems and not have any idea why.

With Chiron square the Ascendant, it is very hard for the person to take out his problems and expose them to the light of day, such that they may “air out”

This is not his fault.

Hence, if one has this aspect and struggles in this manner, this should help one to explain why.

I love learning about Chiron can you just do every aspect

With the positive aspects like the trine and sextile, does that mean that you're able to handle pain well or use it positively? Or have no pain at all?

GREAT question and request, A. I will do it next because it is very important to know.

I have Chiron trine Venus and the ASC and this is kind of the story of my life.
