I think typically the 7th house shows our important relationships. However my best friends are Cancer and Aquarius and my 7th house is Taurus. So hell..idk!IP: Logged |

I think it's a mixture of a bunch of houses. Specifically the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 11th Houses.I say all this because with the
3rd or 4th house- Your best friend can be your mother or your sister (or some family member). Some of our early friendships could be with family members. With 3rd House ruling over short term travel and siblings and 4th- Family/Home life it also show friendships with family members. Specifically if the Sun, Venus, Mercury or Moon is in these houses. 5th/7th House- Your boyfriends/lovers/ romantic partners can be your friends (best friends). The 5th/7th House is traditionally about dating, romance, children (5th) and about partnerships, marriage (7th). But it's also about fun and activities. We have fun with our friends and for some people their lovers become their friends/best friends. I have even heard people refer to their spouses as their best friends. 11th- Of course the 11th House. The most obvious choice. I would say I feel this house energy is for the truly evolved and self-actualize souls. The souls that are completing their life's mission/purpose. I don't think it necessarily shows best friends (even though it could). I think this house is mainly about friends we make latter in life past all the bullshite, insecurity, drama, and instability. It sort of higher friendship house. I would also mention the 9th House in combo with the 6th House. Especially true for people in academia who's careers and job lives (6th House) mixes with their pursuit of beliefs and higher knowledge (9th House). Like professors/teachers that teach, religious leaders that develop friendships with their church members. There work and personal beliefs and life is so intermix that they develop friendships. Specifically if the Jupiter, Sun, Venus, Mercury or Moon is in these houses. This may not always be the case but it's worth mentioning. IP: Logged |

I have only one friend and he's my best. He shows up in my 5th and 7th houses. My 5th house is Capricorn and he's a Capricorn Ascendant, my 7th is in Pisces and he has Neptune conjunct Ascendant.IP: Logged |
