Just curious, what transit aspect would finally get someone to seek counseling?

I had tPluto crossing my Asc and tSaturn conjunct my Uranus-Chiron opposition. The whole sign system fits bets with this situation--the nChiron is in my 4th house, loosely square my 7h Venus in Cancer, so old issues with family and relationships were coming up. Transiting NN was conjunct my (whole sign) 12th house Neptune in Sag, which is the sign and house of my own NN.

The way it played out was that I met two different women, in very different situations, and bonded with them and became close friends. They are both a few years older than I am and both of them have their nJupiter conjunct my nNeptune---at the same time tNN was conjunct my Neptune, it was on their Jupiters. ANYWAY, these women are both famous in my field (I am not), and I noticed they had both been in therapy, and then I started asking around and it was like EVERYONE I met or knew who was externally or publically successful in the arts had been to counseling to work through their self-sabotaging blocks. I was depressed at the time because an ex who had broken my heart had circled back into my life, and seeing how these friends were doing set the example that encouraged me to seek counseling.

I found a great therapist and was VERY helped and started to get happier and more successful, and then I got back together with the ex and my life was destroyed and derailed and I can't afford counseling. (In my country--USA--in order to use health insurance to cover counseling, the counselor has to make a diagnosis. Which is ridiculous---many of the friends I have who have been helped by counseling don't have any clinical disorder, they're just sensitive people navigating regular human life, and many forms of therapy are helpful for normal, healthy people. When I was in therapy before, I paid out-of-pocket, which is what my friends do. but i'm having career/financial challenges as the single mom of a toddler who has moved to a new place. Insurance company diagnoses are NOT confidential and are admissible in court proceedings like custody cases. I don't want a diagnosis! I want to be in counseling again and I think it will happen while tSaturn is in Sag moving through my 12th house, and crossing into my 1st (Capricorn)....after that first experience in therapy, I had a burst of success and a sense of moving more freely in areas that had been stuck.
