I think it could be similar to Saturn-Venus conjunct, Venus in Cap and 7th house in Cap or Saturn therein.

I have Juno in Aries .So this position is not lucrative for marriage and so with Mars in Libra opposing Juno, Moon-Mars square, Pluto opposing Juno, Chiron widely opposing Venus,Venus-Saturn conjunct and Moon-Juno square, marriage/partneships are a war zone for me.

I am not sure of the period transit that Juno makes i.e if the orbit is similar to Jupiter or is more like the slow moving Neptune and Pluto?

But I think i would pay more attention to outer planets transiting you natal Juno. Is Neptune in Pisces conjunct your Juno is close orb?

That in my opinion is a conjunction. And that suggests the Neptune is influencing the affairs related to Juno.

I see Juno as an extension of Venus/Mars attraction. So I would not examine it alone but in conjunction with other "allowing" aspects to make a conclusion.

Look at how Juno is acting up in your chart. Because as I mentioned in mine, it does not make for a very stable love life

Coincidentally I currently have transiting Uranus conjunct my Juno. Uranus opposes my Mars,square the Moon,trine Jupiter .

As Uranus moves merrily along,it will conjunct my Asc and Juno together and so I don't see myself being able to make any type of romantic commitment right now. Even with progressed Moon in Libra

It's hard for me to unite transits to natal planets into one conclusion, transit Neptune conjunct Juno in Pisces, also trine Pluto in 12th and Mercury in 8th, now that I think about it with all those houses in water maybe the only type of romance is in my imagination. Juno doesn't help me much I'm always idolizing and then Neptune there I guess makes it worst now.

It could also deepen the need to feel loved and cuddled(Cancer). Just be careful that with Juno-Neptune conjunct, you don't end up looking for that with someone who is not all that above board.

I often think of Pluto transits as more about introspection than getting an external fill .

So I would say that even with the love that you do get around now(dating and all), you may still feel "empty". As Pluto's wells are very hard to fill-especially by people external to you.

I have trans Pluto in opposition to natal Moon in Cancer ,conjunct Mercury,trine Venus in Scorpio and square Mars myself. And I am on the same boat.
