We, each, have things that we love and things that just turn us on. The Venus sign will give us great clues to what those things are. They are very different for each Venus, so hold onto your hat, beret, baseball cap or chapeau.Venus in Aries Venus in Aries likes things that go fast like motorcycles and sports cars. He likes bright colors like a red Speedo bikini. (I, always, picture a male Aries in a red Speedo bikini.) He likes exciting dates like watching fireworks and going on a speedboat ride. He likes girls with a lot of energy and vivacity. Venus in Taurus Venus in Taurus likes luxury and comfort. The perfect gift for her would be a pashmina shawl made of luxurious cashmere. She could wear it on your date to the best restaurant in town for rich, decadent desserts. If she does not love you after that, you better re-check her chart. Maybe, you missed her Venus sign and she was really a Venus in Gemini, who wanted a book. Venus in Gemini She will love you if you gush over her favorite author. ( Mine is Stephen King, if you are interested) Venus in Gemini must be attracted to your mind. Don’t worry if you are not up to a male model level physically. She would not want to date a guy who is prettier than she is, not that she is that vain, unless she has other aspects which show vanity, such as a Libra Ascendant( not that I am telling on myself or anything). However, before you get her a present, find out what she loves intellectually. Let her know that you “GET HER”. That makes her feel very special. Also, you better be able to talk. Not being able to talk will ruin the whole thing. Venus in Cancer This Venus does not need luxury. She just wants to spend time with you. This Venus loves you for yourself and better yet, she may be the cheapest date of the Zodiac. Just make her a home cooked meal and she will think you are the cats meow. On that note, she loves pets. She loves to make a warm and homey nest with all of the creatures she loves. Venus in Leo She likes things BIG and GLAM. She likes big jewelry, big hair, showy clothes and big shoes. She likes you to look so good that every girl in the room is jealous. Can you do it? Venus in Leo will not compromise on the fact that she needs to show off her partner. That can be a lot of pressure. I would not want a Venus in Leo for that reason, but we are all different. Any present which is expensive and showy will do it for her!
Venus in Virgo The number one rule is “DON’T SMELL”. Other rules include taking her for a healthy meal and not talking about things that may not sit well with her, such as bodily functions. With this Venus, you may have to hide your flaws. She likes her guys perfect. If not, she may pick at you. Just ignore. Venus in Libra This girl is refined. You need to be refined, too. Venus in Libra is somewhat like Venus in Virgo, in that she does no like coarse behavior. Eat well when you go on your date. Don’t talk with your meal running down your chin. If she does not like you, she will, likely, not let you know at the time. She will have the best of manners and say she had a marvelous time. Then, she will change her phone number and address. Venus in Scorpio This Venus is intense. It is not her fault. She is made that way. You must be loyal. If you are not, you will be kicked to the curb and revenge may follow. *Cat hiss* Do not toy with this Venus. However, on the bright side, she is not superficial. She is kinky and she is loyal. What is not to like(said like Jackie Mason) Venus in Sagittarius This bad boy is a waste. What do I mean? Don’t waste your love on him. If YOU can do a turn around and make HIM the one night stand, he will be all that you wish for that night.. The problem is that he is like Cinderella. Once midnight hits, he turns into a selfish genital who wants someone new. Venus in Aquarius This is a nice placement for Venus. Unlike Aquarian Suns who tend to be know it alls, Venus in Aquarius is truly a humanitarian type. He is surprisingly kinky, but will not go too far, like tie you to a pole.He has a nice balance of not being too clingy and not being too aloof. He is an over all nice Venus, kind of well balanced in it all. Venus in Capricorn I don’t like this Venus. She wants to know your bank account before she goes on a date. I know that a girl has to eat, but it is a little creepy to me. Just sayin. Venus in Pisces
This is a lovely Venus placement. This man is such a sweet talker that he may make you melt a la the Wicked Witch of the West. However, you will love every minute of it. I love this Venus because he can tell you in words what you mean to him. I don’t care what his other placements are, this one will be a true romantic. ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? I am not at all like your description of Venus in Leo. I like showy clothes but not the jewelery, I am not materialistic at all. I do like comfort but not so much luxury and not at all showy with my partner??!! Pampering others and giving pressies and compliments and being generous and extremely enthusiastic and spontaneous is more me. Why not wanna be a Venus in Leo?! It's really great! IP: Logged |

Oh I like this thread.I am a Venus Pisces with Mars conjunct in my 1st house. I think I drive most partners crazy with my ability to absorb whatever emotions they're having. When my boyfriend is in a funk, I am too. I am working on turning this into a skill and soothing rather than going along with what they're feeling. Work in progress - I'll get there when we're in our 80s maybe. If someone loves me, I feel it, and I feel good. It's physical for Pisces Venuses, in my experience. I need to hear you love me/ like me/ appreciate things I do, but it's more that I need an emotional connection and I need the physical big time. I have always been told I have a higher sex drive than guys expected dating me. I'm comfortable with it, and it is definitely one of the ways I express love. My boyfriend is Taurus Venus. He DOES THINGS for me, and that's his way of expressing it. He will also buy me things, which drives me a little bit crazy because it's not my way. I've never needed tons of presents. But I've learned it makes him happy to do this. He also responds well to when I do things with or for him. I don't mind this, it's fun actually- if I go for a run or bike ride with him, it makes his whole day. If I cook with him, organise and clean - again. He prefers the sensual/ comfortable things in life. We work well together and comfort each other and the pairing is without a doubt the most stable of my life. IP: Logged |

Sorry to be that person Ami, but I have a Venus in Capricorn, as does my partner and we are the least materialistic people I know.Neither of us are loaded and neither of us care. We value family, days away, nature, playing music together, talking about life, carrying-on, documentaries, mysteries. But yes, we pay our bills on time, most of the time

Didn't know it was a parody. I did read showing off with partner more frequently for this placement. But yeah, there are more things that don't resonate with me or that I experience differently, seem to have this quite often. I am glad I told y'all that this ain't the case with all Leonine Venusians. Hypatia, no I have a 0.35 (Aries) dgrs Cancer Sun. Virgo Asc., Pluto and south node. IP: Logged |

As a woman in Venus Aries, I like exciting dates too. Rock climbing, hiking, anything outdoorsy. I dated a guy who was an Aries Venus also and for one date we went to the gym and we played soccer and basketball. He said he really liked that I was athletic. For my two guy friends who I can think off the top of my head who are Venus Leo's, they really aren't into women who are over the top beauty. Both of them are more into natural beauty. IP: Logged |

I am a Leo Venus and having a partner that knows how to dress well to a party is sexy and a big turn on. But - having big hair, big shiny jewelry, showy dress - not at all. I don't appreciate the attention and that sounds a little tacky even. IP: Logged |

Venus in Gemini: I need to be heard. If that email isn't read, or someone tries to control my emotions/reactions, that's a big NO. Shutting down communicatin completely, tells me that I don't matter.IP: Logged |

Venus CapI'm plain Jane, frivolous and a budgeting fanatic. BUT... though my partner needn't financially rich he does need to be "secure" or I do feel uneasy. Financial stress, or an unstable foundation, period... freaks me out.

Im a Venus in Taurus and I'm gonna be honest: as long as you're attractive, we're gonna make it work no matter how it takes. We like attractive people but we also like to be pampered, e.g. massage, kisses all over *wink*, and be bought food. We love food, not necessarily expensive but very good tasting. IP: Logged |

cancer venus (and mars) herepeople I've dated have had either Taurus or Capricorn venus...at least 3 cap venuses that I remember...it's like I subconsciousely sensed a person's venus even before I knew astrology...I wonder which is my fav...with a taurus venus I can be sooo lazy, hugging, kissing, touching all the time!...with cap venuses there's another kind of nice feeling...some sort of respect accompanied by strong attraction...if I have to choose one though it will be a cap venus! preferably with my mars opposite it EDIT it's interesting how my less serious relationships have been with aries and leo venus, like I sensed how different the "love" style is so I took it lightly from the start...but man those fire venuses get angry when they're dumped! scorpio venus haven't had any experience with them and maybe it's for the best I think! lol no offense virgo venus I had a huge crush on this guy with virgo mars and venus...virgo sun too...he was a cute nerdy type lol...too shy, very polite...I tried to talk to him a couple of times he literally ran away hahaha! pisces venus I have 2 friends with this placements...I think it's an attractive placement for women but men with this venus can have very unclear ideas on what they want...but overall they go with the flow, just be kind and sensitive to everyone and a charitable person if you want their attention!
