I also suspect it may be a synastry thing too. My wife and I have a Venus Pluto double whammy. I read that this can indicate offspring.IP: Logged |

synastry is influential as well, but for those who already want children. for those who don't, it's not because of synastry or having not met the "one" yetI'm not sure about venus/pluto synastry and children. I've had this synastry aspect and they wanted kids but I didn't where is your wife's moon in your chart (which house)? IP: Logged |

Mars conjunct Venus trines my 5H ruler Neptune and I was obsessed for a very long time with having kids, it was a huge priority of mine and almost broke up a number of times with my partner over it at the beginning of our relationship but eventually his fears rubbed off on me and started to see motherhood through his saturnian eyes instead of my neptunian eyes Moon in pisces square Neptune (5H ruler). well the thing is he's an artist and plans to do that for the rest of his life (like me, and i also have sun/mercury in the 5th and moon sq. uranus). so neither of us wants kids because to us we couldn't split our lives between kids / art like that. it's not a conflict for him at all in fact he's always been vehemently opposed to both kids and marriage. but i think if he wasn't so dedicated to art then yes it would be a conflict within to put that energy somewhere and yet not wanting to be tied down..

I know a man aged 43 his 5th house is Capricorn and Venus in the 3rd house trines Saturn in the 11th hs. He does not want to have kids. And I know him for more than 25 years and I have not seen him playing with a kid either.
