Hey everyone, I've been fairly inactive lately, and I've been really depressed. I found out my ex-fiance had cheated on me with multiple women, multiple times, and when I confronted him about it, he got abusive. Long story short, I broke up with him, but we still live together until I can find another place. I'm pretty despondent about the whole situation, because I really thought he was the one. However, I feel like maybe I jump into romances without really looking at the full picture. Looking back, I've always been interested in romance. I'm a die hard romantic, and I am constantly looking for a relationship. It seems odd since I'm an Aqua venus, but I am very warm, affectionate, and romantic. It's not that I don't feel fulfilled without a relationship, I just that I find myself much happier when I can share my life with someone. Ever since I can remember, I've wanted to find that special someone, and have always had at least one crush. What in a natal chart could indicate someone needing romance? ------------------ "Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace." -Dalai Lama IP: Logged |

Venus-Neptune immediately pops into my head when I think of situations like this, especially the hard aspects. It tends to give that person rose-coloured glasses to the max and they might not see the person they're with for who they are exactly. That or, they idealize the relationship and gloss over the rough edges to paint a prettier picture because in their mind, that's how it "should" be. Not to say this is a negative, it can be incredibly romantic too (soft aspects in particular) because in the same light, they are also very forgiving of their partners faults and want to see the best in them. It may just lead to being blind-sighted when something bad does happen because they may have "never seen it coming." On another note, if you feel comfortable, can you post your composite with your ex-fiance? Not to use your experience as a learning tool, but sometimes there are markers for things like this (Mars-Neptune in composite being one stereotypical aspect). IP: Logged |

Aqua placement in general is actually a romantic (or lover?) at heart, but until they learn and accept their feelings. If they tell you they don't know what feelings are, either they hide it very very well or they try to run from those complicated wire where their brain won't deal with it.Aqua is a fixed sign, expect loyalty and will always try to stay once they choose the lucky one although this may need some time. I have found a lot of Aqua placement stay with someone who takes granted the relationship (not necessary with bad people). Someone who always needs a romance: I'm thinking Libra placement (love the attention from romance situation/ideas), Leo (kind of an adoration I think), well, I'm thinking those two top placement. Pisces is romantic but they love giving it A LOT (they are givers), so they do not mind if you give them less - just respect them by giving once in a while, they will "aawwwww" lol . Taureans are surprisingly will be flattered if you romance them, they loooove it especially if you include some good food. I'm talking about the placement, you can expect those placements love romance or they want romance from the relationship. IP: Logged |

Sorry, can you post just your birth chart? Not the synastry chart? I need to see the aspect lines, I'm not that great as seeing it when they're not there IP: Logged |

Partnership, togetherness, companionship and relating to others is the gift that you bringChiron in Libra True Node in Libra Asc in Libra Venus trine Asc Venus trine North Node You have a duplicate of Libra on the cusp of the 1st and 12th house- this suggests that on one hand taking action and command(Aries) and then on the other hand compromise and corporation(Libra),will come easily to you.

Thank you for the analysis! I never thought about those before, it makes sense though. Along with my Leo moon who craves attention, it's easy to see how I enjoy partnerships. IP: Logged |

I still love him and feel like maybe I should have stayed because he said he loves me, and he was trying to be better. I just think I need some time to better myself and become whole, maybe I'll regret this since it's Venus retro, but I also know I shouldn't have to deal with what I did in a relationship.IP: Logged |

I thought I responded to this but clearly I didn't. Sorry about that!I noticed your Juno is conjunct your IC. I wonder if that has an impact on the way you approach relationships. Along with the fact that your Venus is in your 4th house. You probably like to build a nice little home and you have an importance on family. I noticed that your Venus is unaspected. I dont know much about unaspected planets but I believe I read that when a planet is unaspected it gives it full force. Because it's unaspected it's in the purest form since nothing taints it. Given the fact that you are an aqua venus in your 4th house, I wonder if you go back and forth between wanting your independence and scared of being in a relationship that is too constraining versus wanting to be in a relationship and having your cozy comfortable partner to come home to. And can I be honest? Don't reconsider going back to a guy who said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with you but cheated on you and got abusive with you. I know you're post breakup and you are probably in the stage where you only are thinking about the good times with him. But trust me, people don't change. Especially cheaters and abusers. He will never change. Period. And you deserve someone who makes you happy everyday. Don't settle just because you're upset right now. Think about your happiness long term, you owe that to yourself. 7th house ruler on the 4th house cusp is jumping right off the page at me. That's a pretty binding tie between the 7th house of relationships and the 4th house of inner fulfillment. Are you trying to use your relationships to fill in for voids that can only be filled from within yourself? Please remember that you are wholly and fully a person even if you don't have a partner. Partnerships enable someone to be more than they could be as one. But if you're not "one," not your own person fully, you're not going to be reaching the full potential you could be in a relationship. 1+1 = 2, 1 + .5 = not your fullest potential. Chiron in Libra will have none of that. NN in Libra shows me you will find the one someday. It's certainly not going to be a scumbag who cheated on you. IP: Logged |

I know a person who 'needs', to be in love with someone. She always has her pretend relationship and she always has a little crushes from time to time. To me, it seems like she 'needs' to have love. http://imgur.com/a/nYkq5

I think my Libra moon makes me a die hard romantic. I never give up on relationships or people even when the situation strongly calls me to do so, feeling that love can conquer anything. Also makes me feel much more comfortable in a relationship than without one, I feel I'm my best self when In a relationship.IP: Logged |

Juno in the 1st House. Or perhaps Venus in Libra, since it turns you into a romantic. Full disclosure: I have both placements, so I'm actually not being mean or unfair. IP: Logged |

jeez that's meI don't think for me it's "needing romance", but I'm often in a romantic mood (lots of water in my chart too), and my job is artistic, so I guess I always sound to people like I'm in for it! I have moon trine AC, sun trine neptune according to hypatia: my 5th ruler is also trine my moon I've dated A LOT of people too..and no it wasn't just messing around with any of them...I actually feel an emotional connection to all of them! good thing is, even though I get tired fast (prominent uranus as well) and can't hold on too long, I still use them as my muses and inspirations for my art! my DC is in a tight hard aspect to jupiter too, and I attribute that as well to bringing about numerous one-on-one relationships in my life IP: Logged |

@Mergoatsunyou have jupiter trine DC, numerous relationships moon square AC, your emotions are seen easily so people may approach you often saturn in 5th I have seen many people with this placement marry and especially have children very early. it's like saturn prompts them to work hard in this area from earlier in life sun conjunct neptune one of the the most romantic aspects in a person's chart neptune square the nodes your life theme is definitely neptunian, and with sun conjunct neptune its manifestations are felt more clearly sidenote on your composite with your ex mars square neptune is the classic cheating guy aspect in a composite IP: Logged |
